seriously, that franchise sucks bad, i mean they are automatically in a position to draft top 5/10 but nothing come out and no to little improvement is actually happening. Its depressing to see a team in the basement for so long, the NBA should take some actions about the indifference towards losing .

what do you think guys ?

I agree, The Clippers have nothing for Basketball. Why have 2 teams in LA, When there is a great franchise like The Seattle Supersonics that could be competing instead.

Yeah... that franchise hasn't worked out too well. I dunno what it is... I thought they'd be a playoff team this year. But they have their fans, so I'm not gonna hate.

I don't care where the clippers move honestly, as long as the clippers GTFO of LA, then I'm good.

no one seems to care about that franchise, kinda sad but measures should be taken, its not a viable situation, the NBA should take some needed actions !!

Doesn't matter where they go as long as Sterling's along for the ride.

The clips do need to go because that is a Laker city even when Kobe retires the market will attract another superstar to carry on the tradition of winning. I would love to see hoops in Seattle again.

It would be less painful for Seattle fans too. They lost Durant but at least they'd get Blake?

are the clippers even a profitable team? otherwise get the hell out of LA and let another city have a team.

If they move, the owner needs to go too. Moving them while keeping the same owner won't do much. There should be league contracts that say your ownership could be revoked or something. For example the NFL should force Snyder to sell the Redskins. He's ruining that franchise.

The Clippers should move to Anaheim. You have the Dodgers, Lakers, and Kings in Los Angeles and the Angels, Clippers, and Ducks in Anaheim.

Clippers have better attendance than 12 other teams. Why not move one of those teams? It's not the clipper fans fault for having such bad owner

maybe its the Lakers shadow factor or the owner but hell even their coaches seem incompetent !!! i dont hate the clips, its just that we keep talking about their potential ( davis, griffin, gordon....) and then nothing happens, still the same story year in year out.

Bring back the SuperSonics! Matter of fact bring back Shawn Kemp and Gary Payton!

So unreasonable that they're even in LA in the first place, there's no point!

Might as well move them, it could improve their fortunes, who knows

Just out of curiosity, if another team came to Seattle, would you remain a thunder fan? Or like the new team? Or maybe follow both?

Just wondering, I would understand any of the standpoints.

Yes. I'd love an NBA team in Missouri for once in my lifetime. As it is now I have nearly a 7 hour drive to the nearest NBA cities (Oklahoma City, Memphis, Chicago). KC just built the new Sprint Center, and St. Louis has been a pretty good sports city too.

Plus I've always hated the fact of one city having multiple teams in the same sport.

First, Seattle as a city doesn't compare at all like the revenue that LA brings. Second, Seattle didn't want to built an arena for the sonics, so why do they deserve another team? They built one for the mariners and Seahawks, so if they loved their sonics, wouldn't they have done the same?

If anything, they should add 2-4 more NBA cities. Forget about Europe, let other big metropolitan cities have a team. How is it right to take another fan base team out of their city just because you feel they don't deserve it but u do?

Don't move the Clippers. They're epic (in a really bad way, but epic). I would miss them ... there must be another way in bringing back the Sonics. Though ... Sonics without Schrempf, Payton and Kemp ? I think most people of Seattle are pissed, because they think they somehow have rights on KD, Westbrook, Harden or Green. But, they must recognize THESE ARE THE THUNDER. That train is ... ****ing gone.

East Coast:Pittsburgh
East Coast:Baltimore
MidWest:Kansas City
MidWest:St.Louis
MidWes:Cincinnati
South:Tampa Bay
West Coast:Las Vegas
West Coast:San Diego

People in Los Angeles don't care about the #1 team(Clippers), they only care about the #2 team(Lakers).

Three pages and not one clipper supporter, nuff said.

Seattle why would you want sterlings clippers?

kylem4711
11-19-2010, 07:49 PM
whether or not some of you think that they should move, you have to think a little and realize that they wont. Why would sterling move? he doesn't care about a winning team, he cares about making money and being close to beverly hills. He was offered a bunch of money to move to anaheim and refused because he hates traffic...

dont know what the prices like now, but in 08 the clippers had the 11th highest ticket price average. not bad at all for a team that is terrible and has low fan support.

donald may be an stingy, cheap, racist owner, but he knows how to make money. and in these times, making 10 mill a year(like the clips did in 09) is a good thing.

Well, I dont see why they should go to vancouver, since that didnt work out before...

Seattle is top priority for bball team.

LA does not need two teams. especially when one of them is a joke of the franchise and considered the "little sister" to the lakers...

I remember when the Clippers were in the playoffs a few years ago and the Lakers weren't. Staples center was still packed. If the Clippers are winning they can draw a decent crowd, they just suck right now...
