Thoughts on the Westbrook/Durant combo and who is better between them?

Currently this season it appears Westbrook has been the better player between them.

Westbrook
Win Shares 1.3, ORTG 116, PER 27.0, TS% 57.4

Durant
Win Shares 0.7, ORTG 106, PER 21.1, TS% 55.1

Do you think it is possible for Westbrook to be the better player this year over his own Teammate in Durant?

NOTE: Strictly about how these two players.

This year only - Westbrook has been better. But Durant is still the better player by far.

So far this season, Westbrook has been the better player and the leader. It is still too early to make any definite decisions.

of course its durant. without him i dont think westbrook would be as effective. not saying hes not a great player. but durant is easily a top 3 player.

Haha. Man you are obviously wrong.
Basically all Durant does is shoot, thats all. So how he helps Westbrook to become better?
Westbrook creates good situations for Durant and assists him a lot.
It's Westbrook who helps Durant to become better.
You are obviously a homer. Easily a top 3 player? Man, he is not even top 10 this season.

Durant will always be the #1 of them 2.

So far this season, it has clearly been Westbrook. But that's because Durant has gotten off to an extremely slow start. He'll pick it up and then things will change.

He's starting terribly and still leading the league in scoring. Should tell you something right there.

Last season he put up 30 points on a ts% over .60, the first time since Jordan.

Nice try.

Durant is the better offensive player but Westbrook is the better overall talent. Westbrook is very very underrated. He is the best point guard right now after CP3, Rondo, D-Will, and Nash.

According to the guy deleting posts, do not bring other players into this discussion. Thank you.
