They are tied with the worst record in the NBA with a 1-7 record, there's already trade speculation with Baron Davis, Gordon and now Kaman are injured, Griffin seems to be the only positive thing about this team but lets see how long that will last as well....they seem to be a lottery team every year, only made the playoffs once over the past 13 years, 4 times in its 26 years of moving to Los Angeles, 7 times in its 39 years franchise history, zero division titles and zero conference finals appearances, I dont even think they have any retired numbers in that franchise....what needs to be done to save this franchise? even though im not a Clipper fan, i still feel bad for them and their fans, oh and dont forget they share their home arena with the 16 time world champion Lakers lol:rolleyes:

Is there any evidence Barnes will be as good as advertised?

They're off to a hot start. 5-2 record this year. Either way, I don't see a team in the league with a tougher schedule to start off the season.

The Clippers are cursed with a bad owner, and that's the worst curse of all. They can collect talented players every few years, and people will jump to the conclusion that they are going to be a formidable playoff team, but THEY'RE STILL THE CLIPPERS... and they're still owned by arguably the worst owner in all of North American professional sports, Donald Sterling.

At this point, it's a safe bet that Sterling is not going to wake up one day and suddenly care about winning, and not caring about winning is the biggest cardinal sin in any sport. Read a bio on him. He's a douchebag racist landlord who just wants to mingle with the Hollywood types. He doesn't care about making the Clippers respectable.

So as long as that franchise is owned by Donald Sterling, nothing will save them. A change in ownership can change everything. Franchises can go from doormats to perennial contenders (Angels) or from perennial contenders to mediocrity (Dodgers).

The Clippers are a wasteland for talented players, when they even have talented players (which, granted, includes this season). They're gonna stay that way for the foreseeable future.

That's a better question.

Yes, they are really cursed. Not Bambino curse, or Cubs goat cursed, we're talking about cauldron-stirring, witch-nosed smelling, voodoo-tromping, satanic-worshipping, pagan-dancing, Haiti-eugenics cursed! Somewhere, sometime over the past years of Donald Sterling's life he must have taken a very undertheradar trip to the West Indies or the Caribbeans and made sweet, sweet, passionate, sweaty hot love with an old female witch doctor. Thinking it was going to be a long standing relationship, she expected him to return to her mud hut the next day, but he never came back. He was just a drunk man meandering around the beaches looking to get some vajayjay and she was the closest thing to him. But she got the last laugh. The only way to reverse this curse is not having Eric Gordon shoot the lights out from midrange, or have Bob Griffin make spectacular dunks and rebounds, they need to find that witch doctor again, and give her the best sex shes had in her life.

Yes, OP they are truly cursed. And may god have mercy on their souls.

F--K Donald Sterling, and F--k da POE-LEASE!
