Wow. Im not in the NBA forum, at all really. I dont post in any nba team thread, or in here. I dont really have a "favorite" team. Im not trying to bait, or cause any problems, but i really liked this commercial. It was pretty neat, IMO. I think Lebron got nailed on this...

What do you guys think? Somebody put alot of work in on this....

I just wanted to know if anyone else seen it, and what they thought about it...

(not lebron leaving, but this commercial, itself)

Cleveland fans are a bunch of cry babies. It's a business. Suck it up and over on already. You're still crying about something that happened 4 months ago. Give it a rest.

If this was done within two weeks of Lebron leaving, I would think it was pretty cool, but Lebron left about 4 months ago, and it seems like every week, Cleveland comes out with some big thing like this. Its getting old. One or two weeks, maybe even a month after it happening, I can understand, but he's gone now, and he isnt coming back, get over it.

I feel bad for Cleveland, but I dunno if it's necessary to mock every single thing Lebron does now for the rest of his career. Which I think will be the case. Best way to get your frustration out is to go to the games against the Heat and absolutely go crazy. It might be cool to see Clevelands response via media, just cause their fans are so passionate, but I just hope it doesn't go on for the next decade... even though it's very likely it will.

Well, I'm sure they would have if LeBrons commercial came out within two weeks of him leaving. This was made pretty quickly after the release of his commercial. This is clearly a response to his commercial and its timing to it is fine.

I love all the Miami fans sticking up for LBJ and all the Chicago and New York fans hate him the most now... ITs Hypocracy at its best, its very best. Chicago fans need to shut the hell up cause you guys would be all over his nuts if he signed with you, New York fans need to stick it where the sun dont shine cause yall would be on Lebrons nuts if he was in New York. I also love how everyones saying get over it, its been 4 months. Ya the damage he did by leaving that team is gonna last a lot longer. And finally i love how people cant believe the lebron hate when he brought it all on himself... Loyalty tattoed on himself, saying his ultimate goal was to bring a championship to cleveland... i mean theres quote after quote of that ******. All LeBrick had to do was let the Cleveland organization what he was thinking just like Melo is doing now, i dont see Melo fans screaming MUTINY, they know whats up and they respect Carmelos class.... I just cant wait for Miami to not even make the Finals this year, thats gonna be hilarious, Heat fans are really gonna get an earfull at the end of next May when LeBrick and Wade are going golfing (they wont bring Bosh golfing because theyre slowly starting to hate him because of his 6 RPG)

They did ether Lebron with that last line...

Lebron - "Should I be who you want me to be?"

Fan - "We wanted you to be who you said you would be"

Lebron flashback - " I got a huge goal, and thats to bring an NBA title to Cleveland, and I wont stop until i get it."

With that, Lebron was further exposed as a liar and a fraud.

I dont know if i like or hate lebron....

At cleveland, i loved him. Then when he left, at first i didnt see a big problem with it... Then i started to hate him for it, just because he seemed like a bully.. I flip flop alot.

I mean, he was a free agent... But they are so easy to hate right now.. Everyone likes to root for an under dog, and its easy to root against the heat right now...

but still, he did what we all say athletes should do.. he took less to help the team....

I think i am kinda rooting for the lakers now...... Im an all around nba fan, i think right now...

Im torn.....

I just want to know when it will stop? Are Cleveland fans going to keep making response videos for the next 5 years?? Gilbert's rant + America's new found hatred of LeBron should have been enough for them this summer. Continuing on his embarrassing for them.

Just boo him when he comes to Cleveland, and call it a day. *While I wear my LeBron VIII. Easily the most comfortable sneaker I've ever had*

The way I see it, he left CLEVELAND, OHIO for Miami, Florida. Which one of us if we had a job offer in Miami would say no? Plus he was a FA, he held no obligation to Cleveland to stay. The only part I didn't like, as a LeBron fan, was the way he went about his choice with the hour long special, Jim Grey etc.. Other than that I have 0 problems with it. Better team, better living conditions, better city. It's an upgrade, free agency is established so that players have the choice to upgrade their situations if they feel the need to.

People like you are truly idiots ... IT'S A RESPONSE TO THE COMMERCIAL THAT ONLY WAS RELEASED A FEW WEEKS AGO!

And as a response it's brilliant. All of the questions Lebron asks are answered, and easily answered at that. Why would he even agree to be in that commercial in the first place when he should have known that he would sound like a fool?

All these attacks are over the top and unnecessary.

They think they're hurting Lebron, but they are also hurting their own chances of attractive free agents.

After these continuous bitter exchanges, what future star would want to play for Cleveland?

I don't think LeBron was talking to Cleveland in his commercial but if you do believe that, then I see where your coming from :p

Regardless a "response" video is pretty pointless. Stop *****ing about LeBron and start cheering Mo Williams and JJ Hickson (They are 3-3 so far :speechless:)

Weeks later she post a video of her online. In the video she's ****ing another dude, while sucking on another guys ****, and the cameraman is providing commentary. And she names it "The Decision".

Damn *****es.

I liked the video. Thought it was on point.

Funny that Lebron made the original commercial in attempt ease all the hate he's been receiving but as soon as I saw it I was like "What a douche bag, he's so full of himself." I figured most people would think the same.

If Lebron was smart he'd just shut up about it and focus on basketball and getting a ring. He's gonna be hated by a lot of people well into the foreseeable future and a Nike ad isn't gonna change anyone's mind about it. All he's doing is giving everyone more ammo to hate on him which is honestly fine with me cuz I never liked the guy in the first place.

It's funny how people say the Cav's need to "get over it," how bout Lebron and Nike get over the fact that he alienated most of his fanbase. With "decisions" come consequences Bron. Don't ask Nike to try and buy your fans back, and while I thought both commercials were interseting, both parties would indeed benefit from just moving on.

It's past time for everyone to get over this. A player left Cleveland. The team didn't leave Cleveland. Go support the team that you currently have. They can use the support cause if you don't, you're just admitting you only cheered for the Cavs because of Lebron to begin with.

All those fans saying get over it should shut up cause if the 2nd best player in the league left your team you would all be crying too

I have three problems with this...

first of all, to answer Lebron's "should I be who you want me to be?" with a quote of him saying he wants to bring a title to Cleveland is pathetic. What major athlete of our time has not made a nearly identical quote? At the time he made the quote, I am sure that he thought he would bring a title to Cleveland and he really wanted to do that... several years later, however, the facts were different. If I say today that I love Quizznos, but then 3 years from now a better sandwhich place comes along.... should I stay eating Quizznos just because I said it was the best several years ago? HELLLL NO. Our opinions often change as the facts change. How many times do you think you would contradict yourself if everything you said was recorded by the media and then played back to you every time you express a different opinion. come on guys? You are holding Lebron to a standard that NO ONE can meet.

also, I take issue with everyone saying, Its not that he he left...its how he left. THATS CRAP. Im sorry but that is absolute bull. People are mad that he left... and they are only throwing the "decision" out there, b/c the general NBA fan also took issue with the program. If a girl you are in love with dumps you on national TV... why are you pissed? Don't lie! You are pissed b/c you love her and she doesn't love you. You are not pissed at HOW she did it. You would be pissed at her however she decided to dump you. You only use that as an excuse so that your anger will appeal to more people. Furthermore, if he had gone on to TV and said he wanted to stay in Cleveland...would Cavs fans be pissed right now? NO! They are pissed at the outcome of the decision...not the show itself.

Finally, I do not expect Cavs fans to have made peace with this yet. Lebron meant everything to the sports in that town, and he broke their hearts. I understand that. I understand THEIR anger. What I can't stand is the surge of Bulls and Knicks fans that are right there along with the Cavs fans hating Lebron. It is sour grapes! The Bulls and Knicks have no reason to be angry with Lebron... and yet some of their fans are even more outspoken about Lebron the anti-christ than Cavs fans are.

Does he have the right to leave? uh hell Yes

Is he a traitor to the franchise? uh f No

But could he have done it a lot better, more professionally with grace and zero immaturity? YES HE COULD'VE BUT HE DIDN'T. That is what these stars have become anyways, the Lindsay Lohans of sports, just craving for some attention. And ironically we are giving them what they want.

I have to disagree, you are assuming this is how everybody thinks. All my ex's that broke up with me in a appropriate way I am still friends with, and you know that comes with its benefits

but of the one or 2 ex's that just went all Jerry Springer on me, well they are public enemy #1 in my books.

So yes to a lot of fans, even people not from cleveland were his fans too and they too were upset how he left. remember this guy is the #1 player, he is going to have fans all over the place and they are not from cleveland, they have their own favourite teams, lebron may be their favourite player, how can they be upset that he left cleveland when they have no connection to that place? the only thing is they like lebron, and the non-cleveland fans that are lebron fans say he could've done it better

i like watching kobe, lebron...but i am a raptors fan and i agree he couldve done this the better way

its like when girls say "its not wat you said, its how you said it" but us guys are too ignorant to really know what they mean. well i understand because my zodiac sign is a cancer and we are suppose to be sensitive in that way, but this is way off topic. point is he didn't have to be an attention whore, you are only going to make yourself look like the bad guy by leaving it to the last minute, rather than doing quick, like if you dont really love a girl do you still hold onto her? no you shouldnt because you know the longer you wait the longer its goin to hurt for her, the proper way is to severe things quickly before people become to emotionly attached

the only opinions that matter are fans of neither of those teams

except that Bulls, Knicks, and Lakers fans have also somehow injected themselves into this. As a result there is an overwhelming amount of really undeserved hatred towards Lebron.

I think that Lebron has put himself in the situation to be held to a higher standard. Lebron has had national media attention since he was 18 has obviously fueled this kids ego beyond any possible repair. He has taken the main stage ever since he stepped into the league with all his hype & with that comes trying to live under a microscope.

Daleja you sir are a moron. Is Carmelo Anthony hated as much as LeBron? No! It is how he left! He gave the team no warning that he is going to leave. How about telling Cleveland, "Hey you have been good to me, but I want to move on trade me because I am not resigning." Then Cleveland gets a star and a couple of draft picks they are still a playoff team and the fans wouldn't mind as much. Rather the ***** decides to lead Cleveland to believe that he is staying and now the whole team is in utter **** because they didn't get jackshit from it besides a hour special on how he is leaving his home town.

If this was done within two weeks of Lebron leaving, I would think it was pretty cool, but Lebron left about 4 months ago, and it seems like every week, Cleveland comes out with some big thing like this. Its getting old. One or two weeks, maybe even a month after it happening, I can understand, but he's gone now, and he isnt coming back, get over it.

this is in response to his Nike commercial

and did Lebron really need to be paid just to defend himself through a commercial? isnt that pretty much a sellout? and he made this commercial how many months after he left cleveland?

lol i mean that is just adding more fuel to the fire by making that commercial right? if he really wanted to defend himself he couldve just written a statement, but no the only way he wouldve defended himself is if Nike paid him to do so several months after he left cleveland

people have to get their **** straight, this was in response to the NIKE COMMERCIAL, HENCE THE fact that they used actual clips from the commercial

usually great franchises always feel they are obligated in getting their noses into other people's business

bulls and knicks both wanted lebron and they felt cheated a little, obviously not as much as cleveland but still

lakers well because i guess they are a team that you would not expect to get 3 superstars to sign for less just to try and gurantee a legacy, they seem to find stars the way its suppose to be done

Underneath the video, a guy makes a comment that makes a ton of sense...

The people who hate LeBron should read it...

It, essentially, says that LeBron was put into a no win situation... He was expected to do for Cleveland what MJ did for Chicago...

There's only one difference... MJ is the only person to every successfully turn a perennial losing franchise into an NBA elite powerhouse virtually by himself...

The expectations were too high... It also waters down Magic's and Kobe's accomplishments... In cities like NY and LA, they have the resources, money, time, knowledge, and allure of winning... In no other city do they have the same types of advantages...

In cities that have never won a thing, it takes more than LeBron to win typically... MJ was a unilateral phenomenon that we have and probably never will see again...

Don't hate LeBron for not being the next coming of Michael Jordan... He isn't and never will be MJ...

I love the people who say this is getting old in the very first season with Lebron out of Cle. Just wait it hasn't even touched getting old yet it is actually so very new if you really think about it. The one thing that made Cle. relevant left and you actually expect them to be like okie dokie we can shut up and go back to being non existing members of America.

Everyone has to realize that the city of Cleveland has been the center of hearbreak for so many years.... The Drive... The Catch... The Shot... and now the decision... with a man promising to bring a championship to Cleveland only to break their hopes in the fashion that he did is another shot to the nuts pretty much... same would have gone if Kobe would have left the lakers that one summer... a thing like this devistates a sports franchise... its all mind games to throw the player off their game just the same when your team goes to a opposing building and puts a less than flattering video of your team on their scoreboard... or even when people use the thundersticks or wave their hands... I remember when Shaq and the Lakers went to play the Mavs they photoshopped Shaq's head on Fat Alberts body... its the price you pay to make millions of dollars in a league... fans will be fans... is it always agreeable? No.... but try and understand the constant pounding to the groin to the city of Cleveland .... it hurts

People tend to forget that not only did LeBron make a bunch of promises but he held Cleveland back, no one wanted to sign with them because players knew LeBron wanted to leave. A couple off-seasons ago, Trevor Ariza was about to sign and then decided to sign with the Rockets because he knew LeBron was only staying for a year and leaving, so they settled for guys like Anthony Parker and Jamario Moon lol. Hey, idiot, if you wanted to win a championship in Cleveland (like you had promised the city), you could've made it clear that you were staying and then have a solid team built around you, guys would be more willing to sign if they knew LeBron was committed.. On top of that, don't make us wait like we did and then go on National TV and embarrass the city??? I don't see how people think he wasn't a traitor, a quitter or an idiot about the situation.

I liked what he did...

He did it with class and said **** those morons from Cleveland who payed my salary so I can drive a Bentley...

I would have told all of Cleveland, your lucky if I don't **** your sister, mother, and grandmother before I leave...

Shutup and keep lining my pockets... He doesn't have to worry about anyone but LeBron James... To think he owes Cleveland anything more than a dick in the mouth is absurd...
