View Full Version : Predictions for the number of wins this season

10-02-2010, 11:08 AM
We're about to start our 10th season now; been through a lot of highs and lows. Now we actually have a chance to build on what was looking good last year.
Any predictions for number of wins?
I'll go with 48.... I want 50 but that will be pretty tough to do.

Yeah I would post alot more often but you know.
I hope so too it's definately a stretch.
Alot of my attention will be on Rudy.
We gave him 82-84 mil, I want to see him show he's worth it.
Also Conley, Hollins said at the end of last year he wanted Mike to score 15-18 ppg this year.

Well, after reading about X in the CA today, he will give OJ a run for his money.
Conley should be safe as long as the first half of the season; I would look for them to be seriously searching for a PG if he doesn't deliver. Marc and Zach should be playing gangbusters as they will be ISO the same $$$$$ at year's end. I don't think Heisley will keep both after this year. And definitely, Rudy Gay MUST show up every night now.
Let's get this party started!!!!!!!!!!!

No doubt I'm countin down til Oct 27

i'll go with 50. I think our youth will help when veteran teams have back to backs and road trips. Also I think Xavier Henry will be one of the most productive rookies as far as production per minute.

im a bulls fan bt i can c yal gettin bout 50

10-26-2010, 11:07 PM
OK, I'm revising. I want 51. It's doable.

10-27-2010, 11:41 PM
^^^^Uh, it's not doable without our front court!!! It was painful to watch tonight with Marc on the bench and seeing ZBo go down after being undercut by Horford. Can't believe he didn't get a flagrant foul call on that dirty *** move. High spot was Conley and Arthur, but Arthur's supposed to be our backup to Marc and Zach. Too much Atlanta and too little Grizz tonight. Plus the 10 year celebration was way over the top.

Yeah i agree we had to much trouble on the boards. Conley looked good, Sam young looked good, and arthur looked good. Kind of dissapointed in Tony Allen tonight, maybe first game jitters. Rudy played decent but couldnt get into a groove. Wish OJ would have looked to score more. But we most likley wont start 1-8 like last year so no need to panic

I'll TRY not to panic..............
If we can get out of the first 3 games 1-2 and then get our full contingent back; I'll be better.

What a win tonight in Dallas...first time since '05. Gritty performance tonight. Gay played well, OJ played great, and Conley played good enough in the 4th quarter (deflections, steals, defense)...So glad to see Gasol back and play well. Lets get this next on vs Minny tommorrow, and then hopefully be completley healthy with Z-bo coming back
