What do you expect out of the crowd of 2nd year PG's? Flynn, Curry, Jennings, Lawson, Holiday, Collision, Evans (even though he plays quite a bit of SG)?

I think playing for Team U.S.A will further develop Curry. I'm expecting a big year out of him for a sophomore.

wow its crazy how good all of them are. I expect big things from them all. but i dont think any of them are gonna be all-stars, cause there are other PG's better than them.

I agree, but for worse, does not mean he is not going to have a great career.

Holiday might be the best when it's all said and done because he plays tremendous defense. He will make the All NBA Defensive team multiple times in his career.

I wanna see Curry continue to be the Leader of the Warriors and mature even more. And Be able to be the guy to go to and to Knock down the big jumpers on a nightly Basis.

I wanna see Flynn keep Distributing like he was doing at the end of last season and Work on his outside shot a little more.

And with Jennings I wanna see him get more Consistent and keep being one of the main reasons the Bucks succeed. And work on that shot percentage.

Tyreke will be an All-Star
Collison will be close to it
Curry won't make it cause there are so many players better but he will be good
Flynn will play about the same as last year
Holiday will improve a lot. Shooting and decision making was what he should have been working on in the off season. Tremendous defender
Jennings will take his game to another level and be a borderline allstar
and I think Lawson will be a good solid 6th man. A Lou Williams type of player but a better facilitator.

I expect Curry to do what he did last year but with more defense and increasing his apg.

I see Curry averaging around 18-20 PPG. Not a huge increase because of the acquisition of David Lee but his assist numbers will probably be around 8-11 per game.

I still can't believe Flynn went so high in the draft. He's a good player, but the 6th pick was a little high for him I thought.

The only way I see Curry going to be an allstar is If the Dubs are over .500 by the all star break but if their under I can't see him.

He was very consistent all year and had a great showing against UCONN in the Big East tournament which was probably the best game in college basketball history.

Very true, but I thought there were better players on the board like Curry, Jenning, Derozan, Terrence Williams (not that he would've been pick that high) etc.

Evans all star,MVP consideration he takes Kings to playoffs

If Evans improves his jumpshot I can see him getting 23 points, 7 assists, and 5 boards a game next year. With a much better supporting cast next year, his assist #'s should go up. Once Carl Landry came to the Kings, he averaged around 7 assists a game the rest of the year, so I can't see why he can't average that many next year.

I'm not going to go as far as saying Curry is overrated, because only people on the forums are doing this, not any legit media outlets. I'm going to say the expectations are just too high by some people.

I don't see any of these guys making the playoffs with their team except Jennings. I don't really care about stats, but I'll predict none of them get on the all-star except Jennings as well.

Numbers wise, maybe something like this:

Tyreke Evans: 22/5/6
Stephen Curry: 19/4/7
Brandon Jennings: 17/3/6
Jonny Flynn: 15/3/5
Ty Lawson: 10/2/4
Jrue Holiday: 12/3/5
Darren Collison: 16/3/7

I think Curry and Jennings will show noticeable improvement. For Jennings, I think it's huge that he is surrounded with a lot more talent.

Yeah, I think Holiday is going to be special, I think he and Jennings will be the cream of the crop as far as points go. Curry could break in there also. Tyreke may or may not be better than all of them, at least in terms of rep, but I just see him as a sg rather than a point.

I think Lawson's gonna have a big year, he's gonna have a really solid career. Jennings and Evans are all-stars to be, both guys are game changing monsters. Curry and Collison I think will play pretty strongly for their respective teams. Curry's also an all-star waiting to happen. I think Flynn could become a good facilitator given time, Im not so sold on Minny's wings. I don't really like Jrue Holliday at all though. I say Jennings becomes the best PG from the class, because Evans should eventually move to SG.

Curry will never reach full potential with Ellis on the team. They are practically the same player except for the 3 point shot.

Flynn, Curry, Lawson, Holiday, and Evans will all improve and be very effective PG's. I like all of them quite a bit.

I think Collison will have a tough time adjusting to the Pacers because their plays are not ran through the PG nearly as much as in NO. But he's a solid player regardless.

Mr. Overrated will probably improve as well, seeing as there really isn't any way he could be even less efficient offensively but will remain as an exciting player who isn't nearly as good as people think he is.

I agree with that. Although it does help him that he plays on GS; he never would have had the year he had playing for any other team (maybe your Knicks).

However, Ellis is actually a great defender when he tries to be. The problem is that he never does. Curry is the opposite, since he somewhat tries, especially playing the passing lanes but he can't do anything with his lack of strength and athleticism.

Basically, go through the sophmore season the same way he played after the allstar break, just with more assists

its VERY possible

what are you basing your information that its VERY possible that curry will slump and be worse than he was last year? Was it David Lee, playing for team USA, being 1 year older in the Nba? From the same logic, i can say that it is VERY possible Derrick Rose will get worse and the Bulls will miss the playoffs.

Collison, Curry, Reke, and especially Jennings should all beast it this season. We should also see some minor to moderate improvements from Flynn and Holiday. Lawson will probably stay at the same level until he gets a starting job where he can truly blossom.
