JPA got called up. When the ******* is Cito going to play him. There is no point for Buck or Molina to play continuously as the Jays are out of contention. JPA should play more.

Nice hitting line-up today...hope we do some mashing. What's wrong with Lewis? I haven't been keeping up all that much, but Wise starting so many days in a row bothers me.

Nice to see the win for Romero. Hopefully we call up Emaus, Lubanski and Mills.. some of the young guys since AAA is done I believe. Not sure the roster count but some of the oldies aren't needed for the month. Time to give some roster time to the young guys.

LOL oh Cito..."I don't want any lefties in the line-up tonight" so let's just put in McCoy and Jose Molina...cause they're any better than lefty vs. lefty match-ups

rzech still pitching like crap, i dont get it he hasnt pitched atleast one good game at all this guy truly is pathethic atleast last year cecil showed some brilliance and pitched a few good games this guys been awful and its not like hes been facing the yankees or rays every game

I don't know why he keeps parading Rzep out there....if he gets chance after chance to start, I don't know why Purcey can't get a second chance at cracking this lineup.

No thank you to Purcey. I think Drabek should get a shot at the 5 slot next ST.

no thanks to neither of those guys im on board with everyone sign a god damn pitcher so we throw out 5 solid pitchers no more of these unknown 5th starters who are string beans

Purcey should not be a starter.

Tallet, Litsch and Rzep do such.

I think the fifth starter needs to be filled by one of our young prospects next year.

i knew Tallet sucked from the get go and Litsch was BP arm from the get go.

Rzep was decent but after getting injured, he isn't the same, AND IT'S OBVIOUS.

Purcey has been pretty good this year and deserves a shot at the starting 5 just like any of border line #5s we have. I like the idea of circling through the borderline #5 pitchers instead of bringing Drabek up. Drabek is already near the maximum innings pitched for this season anyways- no point of bringing him as he pitching in the minor playoffs right now (if i'm not mistaken)

The Rangers don't have an answer for us at all this season.

And here is the Rangers answer -

Mitch Moreland's career-best three RBIs led an excellent Colby Lewis to his first win in 10 attempts, as the Rangers topped the Jays and spoiled Shawn Hill's return to the Majors after a second Tommy John surgery. (he should have called in sick.)
Colby Lewis gives up one run on five hits while striking out eight over 6 1/3 strong innings.
