I thought Charlotte was interested in bringing him back.
If he doesn't sign by the start of the year, he'll get picked up to replace an injured player at some point.

I think that Larry Hughes has been very overrated since the 2005 Season... He does have some talent tho

I think a team will use him towards the end of the season tho

No, his heart isn't in basketball anymore.

I remember reading an interview after his brother was killed. He said it put his life into perspective and was just happy to be playing basketball. Didn't really care about winning or losing anymore, just happy to be able to play professional basketball.

I'd rather have Flip Murray.

He'll get on a team but it would take an injury or something. He just can't have 3 steal games anymore or play good defense, and there is nothing else he can do.

Playoff contender should. I still see Bobcats or a team like that making a move for him.

''Will a team Sign Larry Hughes?''

A team that believes they have a shortage of black holes.

Larry Hughes will definitely sign with a team at some point. It may not be right away but it will happen for sure.

The celtics were going to sign him but they chose Von Wafer instead.

I'd rather have Flip Murray.

+1 but I'd rather just give Henderson the playing time to develop

Someone should sign him, he's decent when he has a coach who keeps his players accountable.

Larry Hughes has game, anybody who is good enough to be in this league has talent, especially at the smaller positions like PG and SG, but that said, he just seems to have fallen off the map since he got to Cleveland. He was supposed to help put them over the cusp and really contend, instead he saw his playoff minutes given away to a rookie guard (Gibson at the time) and he just faded after that. Had a hard time in Chi-town and NY, and now I dont know where he goes from here. I'd like to see him return to competitive form, but I think his best option may be Europe at this point. And there aint no shame in playing over there. I'd play there in a heart beat if I had the chance. Not everybody can shine on the biggest stage in the world, and he can hold his head up high for having been able to compete in the NBA at all, that is not something many people can say they did.

No need to hate on a guy whose talents have faded though. Some of ya'll are being harsh.

I have to disagree with the majority of you all on here and this could be because I was a big Larry Hughes fan in his Golden State, Washington Wizard & Cleveland Cavs days. I will say that he is no where near the player that he used to be and his shot selection is very questionable to say the lease. But he is still a decent defender and is capable of having big scoring games here and there. He is like a poor persons JR Smith that plays defense. He is going to take ill advised shots but he will make some some games and be completely off the next consistancy has never been his strong point. And it definitely was a sad story regarding his brother's situation he was not killed he was suffering from some sort of disease which was the reason that Larry Hughes decided to go to school in St. louis University (to take care of his brother) and turned down a lot of other offers that he had from bigger programs
