Big SOFO.

No way. He's tough and all but he's pretty much useless against most teams.

And he can't play at top level for over 15 minutes per game.

Viktor Khryapa of CSKA is a beast
Ante Tomic of Real Madrid is great
Ioannis Bourousis of Olympiakos is an all round center (not as good in the paint as the best centers though but he's a great perimeter shooter)
Aleks Maric is one of the best centers. Transfered to Panathinaikos this summer from Partizan.
Dimitris Diamantidis of Panathinaikos is the best defensive player(freakish point guard, can defend power forwards as well!)

I can name a lot of players like Juan Navarro, Erazem Lorbek, Jaka Lakovic, Sarunas Jasikevicius & Theo Papaloukas in the near past but they still got it, Milos Teodosic(bad temper), Sergey Bykov, Ricky Rubio....

There are too many and there's not one that is outstanding.

The players that were by far better than the rest back in the day(this decade) were Dejan Bodiroga & Sarunas Jasikevicius. No one is as good as their prime nowadays.

Funny - this might be the right answer.

I can't think of any player not in the NBA who would be a star, or even a 2nd option on a decent team right now. But I really do like Rubio's promise. If he can develop his ISO defense (does get a lot of steals, but he's taking a lot of gambles, and he does get beat often) and sort of channel his creative energy into something a little more practical and less turnover prone, he's going to be a sick playmaker and a fan favorite in the NBA.

the GOAT mike james...but seriously a.i. if it wasnt for his bad work ethic, negative locker room influence, and dislike of "practice". skills wise he would have no problem finding a job but its more than that. me and a couple of friends were saying imagine if he had the work ethic of lebron or kobe with his natural talent he would have been AMAZING.

too bad he actually did have good work ethic and his teammates even praised it and that you and your friends don't know what they're talking about
