Hey guys, Some of you may remember that for the last two years I have conducted a poll at the end of the season that had PSD users vote for the top 10 players at each position. Its is now that time to vote! I would like to start this up once more considering the NBA season is now over and we can get to this discussion since lots has changed since the start of last season. Please TRY AND VOTE FOR THE BEST PLAYER AND DON'T BE A HOMER. I will leave the poll open for one day and than we can carry on to the next best player at that position. I will add more players after each round. I have also included the results of those last 2 years so everyone can see how much things have changed...Enjoy.

REMEMBER this is based on who is the best player, not the player who has the potential to be the best.

Although I've lost a lot of respect for him, and although he's never really carried his team as far as a #2 PG could/should...Chris Paul has it all.

Rondo is clear cut top 3 along with Paul and makes a great argument for #2.

Pistons Fan here! I'll Take Rando he's been makin huge strides since he left Ketucky an bein on star studded team he has held his own an has taken lead role over in Bos IMO, but i won't stop there when you talkin about Rajon he's an all around ball player, Good Instinct on defense, Great rebounder for a PG, an he runs the point d@mn well, If Rajon not in the top 3 as a PG then obviously all of you failed to watch the FINALS this year! Rando is a beast!

rondo cant shoot even if his life depended on it

Why does he need to be a lights out shooter when nobody can stop him from gettin to the paint????? an his shot is a work in progress but the ability to get in the lane like he does......

Nash... there's a guy in new york who cashed in on a 120 million dollar contract because of him.
Rondo is not top 3... top 5 is more like it.

Super.

i would have to say Rondo is #2. he played better then the big three while leading them to the championship. i would say paul but he is hurt alot, its hard to pick someone as the #2 when they only play half the season or so.

07-28-2010, 12:13 PM
CP3 is still the best imo

ballpd05
07-28-2010, 12:19 PM
Chris Paul, as much as I am starting to dislike him is still the best. D-Will is second.

He led the Hornets to the #2 seed in the playoffs a couple years ago, and the #5 seed last year. We were the #8 seed when he got hurt this year. All of that without a legit second option (David West is not a legit second option cuz he cannot create his own shot consistently).

Outside of PG all of the rest of the Jazz's and Sun's (and Boston for the Rondo guys in here) starting five would start for the Hornets.

CP3 for #2. He has it all, reason why he wasn't #1 was because of his injury-plagued season, so we all voted for Deron. Still debatable, but a good choice nonetheless.

CP3 should be number one, if it wasn't for his recent rumblings about wanting out. I think he deserves to be number 2 as of now because Deron Williams is really showing much better signs of leadership than CP3.

No, I was saying I disagree with the first poll. I know Deron was first but that doesn't stop me from thinking he's the second best PG in the league behind CP3.

Suppose that one flew over your head though...
