Southeast or Northwest.

Miami and Orlando probably will be the top 2 seeds. Atlanta could be a top 4 seed. Charlotte could be the 7th or 8th seed. Washington is much improved.

OKC, Denver, Utah and Portland all should make the playoffs again.

The Atlantic is very weak after Boston. NYK could be a playoff team.
The Central will probably only have 2 playoff teams in Chicago and Milwaukee, but neither are quite EC championship contenders.
The Pacific blows after LA.
The Southwest has some good teams, but probably no great teams.

Pretty much sums it up, but i do think Chicago is a legit contender in the east

C'mon man! The dude posted a legit question here. This is a much better thread then all those LeBron-bashing threads in which most of laker fans like to contribute.

agreed
spurs and mavs are perennial threats and with yao back its gonna be interesting in h-town.
the grizz are constantly improving as well.
also cp3 is gonna be healthy this year and hopefully his front office will make him a little happy and get some guys around him.

Southeast. Could have 2 of the top records in NBA.
