Ok so the best regular season team last season has gotten considerably worst, while the worst team has made some decent improvements. They are both expected not to have the labels of best or worst respectively next season. So who will have the best and worst regular season records.

Here are my picks

Best record
Mami Heat

Worst record
Toronto Raptors/ Cleveland Cavaliers tied.

Toronto will probably win 20-30 games so I don't think they will be at the bottom.

Best: Heat (67-15)
Worst: T'wolves (12-70)
Champs: Pains me to say this but its gonna be the Heat....... NOT
I'm going with my boy DRose, and the Bulls!!! Then everyone will call Lebron a ****** for not signing there.

Best record: Heat, but if not them then the Lakers

Worst: Prob the Twolves. Got rid of Al, and added ANOTHER point guard.

LMAO, not a chance.

Best: Heat

Worst: Cavs

the eastern conference is much stronger than it was.... and the western conference is worse. the mavs always have good regular seasons and suns, jazz, and nuggets all figure to be worse. the cavs were by no means a bad team and byron scott isnt a bad coach. the pistons are awful and aging. but its okay you can be a homer all you want. the constitution guarantees you the right to be wrong.

They won 27 games last season and were top 3 in injury's. They will win between 33-40 games. That's not being a homer that's the truth.

Aging? they still have a pretty young team.
