Not to get into a salary debate, but look at the disparity.

Can't believe we'll only have two contracts over 4 million if we don't exercise Gregg's option with Vernon and Aaron Hill I just find that insane were getting bang for our buck.

I'm sure jays will be happy when they get Encarncian + Overbay's combined 13 million off the books

A lot of free agents this year. I beleive we're done paying BJ Ryan and Halladay after this season as well. Jays will have A LOT of cash to flash this off-season...

Didnt realize we were so near the bottom........Considering for how little we spend we actually do very good

What I love about this is that the Jays aren't spending 60 Mills on payroll and throwing the rest in their pockets. They are actually going out and spending it on high potential prospects.

The NYY top 2 players are almost making as much as our team, but we don't need a cap.....

Man were going to have a lot of money to spend with only a few players that will need a raise.

I would kill to make A-Rod money for a year of my life. Insane. Hope we can unload Overbay and EE for prospects. Cant believe they make so much between them.

Yeah A-Rod = 33 M, S.D. Padres = 38 M.

Something is a bit off, but there's no going there. They should just add a playoff team or two, would help.
