Could Stern and the league by secretly trying to get the East on par? With the latest rumors about CP3 and Melo, it just seems like way too many good players from the West are gonna end up in the East. Could Stern have his hand in this behind the scenes more than we know. I'm not saying it's fixed one way or the other, it's just interesting that this stuff is happening all of a sudden. What do you think?

No just no.

From an objective standpoint its easy to see what is happening. A couple of years ago the possibility and a ton of good and few elite guys could become free agents at the same time. Teams said we are not championship contenders right now so lets free up salary cap space as much space as possible and hope for the best. A bunch teams have space available and there are only so many players to go around. Teams need to figure out what to do that didn't do as well as they hoped so they are trying to figure out what option realistic and otherwise they can do to recover and hopefully turn there team into contenders.

Its that simple. There is no conspiracy nor has anything except big business and players chasing opportunity has happened this off season, same thing that happens in every sport every off season.

BUSINESS IS BUSINESS PEOPLE, the NBA is nothing more than a huge business with a large international customer base.

Do you think we live in the matrix?? Come on. No your whole thing is wrong. By the way the eastern conference has better talent and is now the better conference.
