According to 1050 ESPN Radio

Awesome. Short deal, makes a lot of sense.

good deal for a starting point guard- however Felton should not be a starting point guard.

best point guard that is young with still some upside left, but he's the best of the crop this year- which is pretty sad.

Good signing. Much better than douglass IMO.

I still think Ridnour is by far a better and cheaper fit than Felton and that New York could have used their money that they saved on somethone else.

Great signing compared to some of the other deals handed out this summer (20M for Darko, JJ and Rudy getting the max).

Felton is a solid player and unlike most of the Knicks, he's down with the concept of defense.

You guys keep talking about getting Melo or Parker, so why not give the other cash to Kwame Brown.

It is a proven fact that you can get an all star for him if you have the balls to risk trading him ;)

In all seriousness, they need a rebounder because Amare can't rebound for **** and Ronny makes Amare look like Rodman at times on the glass.

Knicks looking more like a playoff team. We are no longer the joke of the NBA sorry Cleveland.

This is a decent deal. I guess NY has to have something to show for tanking for the past 3 seasons. Lol.

There goes CP3 or Parker. I like the deal though hopefully TD still gets playing time.

We have Gallo Chandler and Anthony Randolph they can all rebound because they are all long and athletic. Jesus Christ everyone make it seem like amare has to do it all by himself it's a ****ing team sport.

I dunno about that, I see lots of talented cheap tradable pieces.

Solid player, kind of hoping they kept their cap space and took on contracts in trades, but I'm not sure if Felton will like playing in a D'Antoni offense... more importantly defense. I can't see a team not dropping 100+ every night on this squad.

Oh so we went from not having a point guard get one you bums

to ... You got your PG but you shouldn't have spent money on him?

3yrs/21mil ... not being biased .. that's like one of the best deals this offseason. DARKO GOT 20 MIL for crying out loud. great deal for knicks . getting a quality PG for cheap compared to the other signees

Then we would drop 120. Your not getting our lottery pick. Oh and Felton use to play uptempo back in College

So we suck without a PG and when we get one we are dumb for Buying one ?

I know it is a team sport, but having one dedicated rebounder who can get you between 10-15 doesn't hurt. Hell that is Odom's one constant for our team and it pays off at the end of the year.

I do think the Knicks do have some nice shot blocking potential though.

Great move for the Knicks. They should be done for now. See how this team meshes and hope you can get Melo next year.

In related news Amare's ppg is projected to drop by at least 6 points next season......

in seven second or less there stats will be inflated don't sleep on amare he can rebound when he's motivated and proving doubters wrong that he is still a good player without nash :)

Good pickup for Knicks...they needed a decent pg in D'antoni's system and they got one!

Good deal actually, 3 years is a good commitment and for 7 mill it aint bad compared to what others have been getting.

Felton is a very good player and should fit into the NY state of mind.

Knicks are looking better and better, they need some size downlow though.

I like this deal. I like Douglas, but they needed an upgrade at PG, and Felton for 3 years is a great signing.

lol you have no idea what you're talking about. david lee averaged 21/10 last year with chris duhon

amare can only average 14 ppg with RAYMOND FELTON now in this system?

I guess the money works for us, its a shame that fans have to be so concerned about salary.

Here is a scary stat, he and duhon averaged the exact same number of assist
5.6 a game,....

here is hoping that doesnt mean anything,...
