Only Finals MVP. You do realize that in the past 5 years the player winning the MVP has not won the finals. When LeBron won it this year I knew he wasn't gonna win the Finals.

But with LB and Wade in the same team and the West is getting weaker and weaker, Kobe could be one of the leading candidates for the award if the Lakers finish atop the west.

2000.

Bryants likleyhood of winning MVP just sky rocketed with his main competition Wade and James teaming up. 2011 MVP will be Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard, or Kevin Durant.

For some reason i dont think the Heat will get a better record than the Lakers. The West just became a little weaker.

but the media will find some way to put Lebron on the pedestal even though Wade should be the captain.

yup. No way they are going to be able to give Lebron an MVP now. He seems to be the most hated NBA player now anyway so it appears to be a chance for alot of players to have a chance at it. There's a great shot this year for Kobe to capture his 2nd here
