Rose doesn't look to score first. And there is no way Joe Johnson is going to be able to get quicker now.

Carmelo Anthony - DEFENSE; if Melo ever put in the work on that side of the floor (although he probably wouldn't ever be elite at it given his genes), he would be a top 3-5 player.

Dwight Howard - Agility/post moves/ball protection/knowing when to commit the foul and when to hang back a bit (overall his bball IQ). Dwight has a lot of work to do.

Chris Paul - You got me. Most complete player in the NBA (people saying "3p%" - he did shoot 40% from behind the arc in his 45 games last season...

Deron Williams - like Cp3, I think he's nearing the max of his capabilities right now. Very complete player. Everyone's saying turnovers, but I think he's fine there given his usage %.

Brandon Roy - Probably pretty close to maxing out his abilities as well. His 3 game took a slight dip last year, and I don't watch enough of day to day games to know where his defense is at exactly right now, but people seem to think it could use work.

Kevin Durant - Needs to control himself and the ball better when he's slashing to the hoop, continue to work on his already high level D, and continue to work on his distribution (which is actually underrated - it's just that the system/players that they have in OKC is not conducive to high assists for him)

Chris Bosh - He needs to work on demanding more from himself, which will translate to better defense and a commitment to winning.

Joe Johnson - Same as Bosh.

Derrick Rose - He has no 3pt game, and his drive + slash style would be much more effective if he did. His distribution is still in need of improvements if he's going to be the primary ball handler from the perimeter and his defense is not quite where it needs to be. With his size/athleticism, he should be a top 10 defensive guard.

Rajon Rondo - Would be that much deadlier offensively with a jumper. Get on it Green Goblin. Also, he gets a little "ambitious" with his passes, he could stand to pick his spots a bit better.

Yao Ming - His bone density.

Why is everyone so harsh on Rose's jumpshot?
Within 10 feet he was 57.5% this past year and between 10-15 feet, he was 50%.

Carmelo Anthony - Be less of a douche.

Dwight Howard - Develop an offensive game.

Chris Paul - Don't get injured, ever, because every time you do everyone forgets how great you are.

Deron Williams - Hope that Chris Paul gets injured.

Brandon Roy - Don't get injured, play better defense.

Kevin Durant - Just... keep doing what you're doing.

Chris Bosh - **** you Bosh.

Joe Johnson - Invest wisely.

Derrick Rose - Extend your range.

Rajon Rondo - Shoot 80% from the free throw line or kill yourself.

Yao Ming - Don't get injured, and play like you're seven and a half feet tall.

Excluding health, Durant, Paul, Deron, and Yao have nothing to really improve upon.
