I think we all know he'll be a Bull when it's all said and done. Chicago is clearly his best option.

Anyways, nothing will happen tonight so get your sleep. Just a whole lot of rumors but nothing concrete, and still they can't sign until the 8th so they will take the time to evaluate all of their options thoroughly till then.

8 of these 8 experts are also not experts at all, and in fact idiots.

You ask them to do a playoff/game prediction and all 8 of them will usually get it wrong. They are just agreeing to what the media is saying, but we as fans should be beyond media and more towards logic.

I remember a few years ago, 9 out of 10 nba experts thought the sixers would finish 2nd in the east.

I really don't care what the experts say at this point, I'll just wait and see what Lebron does.

My sources (the guy that lives under the freeway) says Lebron is going back to play college ball. thagt is just as reliable as ESPN. LOL but seriously this is a exciting time i just can't watch ESPN anymore for a while.

This is beyond painful! Ive been looking forward to this day for 2 years now, and it seems like every other hour there's a new story (aka rumor) that LeBron is going somewhere else. You obviously tell yourself not to put any stock in these stories, but you cant help but get a little excited or worried.

The funny thing is, about 3 years ago, I just wanted Joe Johnson to come to Chicago and I would have been happy. Then within the past 2 years, Ive been praying for Chris Bosh to be a Bull when that seemed realistic. Then in the past few months, all of the sudden LBJ was a legitimate possibility. As we got closer, it somehow became LBJ and CB4 both in the Windy City. Now, were potentially getting neither! And with JJ likely re-upping with the Hawks, Ive come full circle emotionally, wishing that we could at least get him. I cant take anymore of this. I wish I just had my cable and internet disconnected, so that I could walk by a newspaper stand one day and see a picture of whoever we get, at least that way I would have been satisfied with the result. As it stands now, the expectations have built to a level that makes the final outcome almost impossible not to feel disappointed.

I really thought ESPN was the most credible source of them all, but after all these rumors and so called sources I don't believe anything until I hear from these players or they start signing somewhere.

I think everyone is getting fed up with these false rumors floating around everyday

Your right about the lack of credible sources.

To be fair, until this whole FA chaos, ESPN had hated Chicago as well. Constantly snubbing us for NY or LA (or BOS), regardless of what was going on in the midwest. It's frustrating.

this man speaks the truth. I think ESPN should punish any wrong predictions by these 'experts' with death by stoning, and any other 'experts' who took a blind wrong guess before FA and being labelled an 'expert' for it.

Well they have ESPNChicago and they don't have a ESPNMiami, but you're right. It seems like they only care for LA, Boston, or New York. Everyone in the Midwest seems to be irrelevant, but they do it for the money.

I wonder if any of you read the article and understood it. Part of the question was do you think the player has a better than 50-50 shot of signing with the team they think. NONE of the analysts said LeBron was better than 50% to sign with Chicago.

excatly, these assumptions mean absolutely nothing... for all we know they have their "sources" and they got the Rudy Gay signing completely wrong. To me, it looks like they're just trying to get people's hopes up and then get their 15 minutes of fame
