Lets say David Stern bans trades until after the new CBA is signed, so that means no sign and trades or draft pick trades. Keeping that in mind, the MLE, and your teams salary cap space or lack of salary cap space who will your team add, please try and be realistic and have fun.

MLE should be around $5.854

76ers with no cap space will add:

Evan Turner with their only draft pick and Ben Wallace with the MLE...maybe Mike Miller

I think they let Rodney Carney walk via free agency.

Lakers sign Mike Miller with the MLE.

The Heat will have around 48 million dollars in cap space if they accept Mario Chalmer's team option and decline the other one. The Heat pretty much only have Beasly and Chalmbers on the books.

I think the Clipps end up with Deng or Beasley depending on where Lebron and other Free Agents land. Dirk is a possibility for the Clipps as well but it would be pretty shocking if he left Dallas.
