So this is the only racing event I even pay attention to all year long but I love it.

Qualifying has been going on all weekend, and we'll know the results tonight. So far the only notable thing going on is Tony Knaan is really struggling, he has crashed like twice.

Tony barely made it shame for Paul Tracy I know he has alot of fans that are probably angry right now.

I'm going to the Indy 500 next weekend. anyone been? what to bring? tips etc...

My family have been season ticket holders since the 70's. I suggest a number of things.

-Bring grub food (Wings, Sandwiches, Cookies, etc...)
-Bring a trash bag to put your trash in
-If you want to spend like 8 bucks you can rent a back rest and seat cushion that are a lot better than the ones people usually bring to sit on
-Bring more water than beer (It's going to be a hot one this year)
-Do not bring glass containers (Get beer in cans and put hard liquor in plastic bottles)
-Carry light (first timers usually make the mistake of bringing too much)
-Ice (Fill your colors with it obviously)
-Finally if you don't have a police escort save as much time for parking and traffic getting there early is not a problem as the track opens really really early.

If you have anymore questions PM me.

I'm so sick of Danica already. ***** should just shut her mouth and head to the kitchen. I cannot stand her near a race track. If I was a crew member and heard the comments she made, she should have a car thats worse than it already is. Don't get me wrong, she's fine and I'd **** the **** out of her, but she is really annoying.

She has brought the fans back to the track though, her competitiveness is really adored by the female fans and her *** is loved by the male fans. Overall she is great for racing even if she can come off as a Diva.

Tony tony tony. He made a great run but screwed up at the end. Franchitti takes the win, he dominated today.

Congratulations to Dario Franchitti, also best wishs to Mike Conway on a speedy recovery I heard he suffered a broken leg in that crash at the end.

That was an alright race. I usually like drama at the end where two cars are going at it until the cross the finish line. This year was all about fuel management, which does add a bit of excitement I guess. I have never been so hot in the stands however, it was the hottest race day in history.
