A) Getting Swept with HCA is a Worse Feeling as a "FAN" and "PLAYER"

B) Losing in 7 with HCA is a Worse Feeling as a "FAN" and "PLAYER"

C) Getting Swept is a Worse Feeling as a "FAN" but losing in 7 with HCA is worse as a "PLAYER"

D) Losing in 7 with HCA is a Worse Feeling as a "FAN", but getting swept is worse as a "PLAYER"

Getting swept is the worst, no doubt

I chose Losing in 7. The reason I chose it, is basically because, you'll always have that thought in the back of your mind, of "What could have happened..?" At least when you get swept, you know the other team was just a better team than you. I don't know, it's very arguable. I'd just have nightmares for months if I lost Game 7 with HCA, instead of getting swept.

According to JB, losing to a team seeded lower than you cannot be a better team.

Haha, tell that to the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Dallas Mavericks.

A game 7, with our without HCA, would be the most crippling loss. When you get swept, I feel like you kind of have prepared yourself for it already, and when it happens, it's not as big of a deal. There are no moral victories. Losing a series, no matter how many games it takes you to lose a series, is just losing a series. Swept or not, the outcome is the same ultimately.

Getting swept sucks, but getting beat in game 7 is heart-wrenching. Higher expectations, less time to cope and just a harder loss to deal with.

What is HCA?

 toughen up if you rely too much on having to win home games. GO C's!

many players think about their 8 digit bank account and the next summer vacation/bying the next villa or yacht, while trailing on the floor in the 4th quarter of an elimination game.
i dont know what's worse...looking forward to prepare for next season or looking forward to a summer full of hot chicks/knowing that you do a great job providing for you family.

For JB: Is it better to have HCA'd and lost, or never to have HCA'd before?

Getting swept is the worst. C'mon, especially as a fan, man my friends made so much fun out of me when Spurs got swept by SUns. But as a player, there both pretty bad. But atleast with game 7, u played a great series, and could've gone either way, getting swept, u didnt have a chance, and ur just clearly not the better team.

There are two different emotions that comes from both.

Losing in 7 is heartbreaking. It's a time of distress for both the fan and the player because you were so close to winning a championship. It was right at your finger tips.

If I were playing in the finals and my team lost all four games, I would be upset, angry. Getting your butt wooped seems to bring out all the strong negative emotions in a person.

Getting swept might hurt, but it's the lesser of two evils. It's like asking Megan Fox out on a date, she agrees to go with you, but only as your platonic friend. She winds up going her own direction once you get to the party, and you eventually see her go home with another guy. You never had a chance. You only thought you did.

But losing a Game 7 with HCA would linger for both fans and the player looooooong after the season was over. Not only is Megan Fox out on a date with you, but she can't keep her hands off of you, nor you her. Things are getting hot and heavy and you're both down to your skivvies when you realize that (a) you don't have protection and you live 5,000 miles from the nearest vendor -- and she's not letting you go further without it -- and (b) even if you did have protection, your Johnson ain't working and no amount of Viagra/Cialis or manual mast-raising will get your ship to sail. While you're fudging around, Megan loses interest in you and calls up that other guy to deliver, since you clearly can't. That's how I see a loss in 7 games with HCA.

Depends on how many times you have had it. If you have only had it 4-5 times in your career and went 4-0 with it, then it doesn't look impressive vs if you had it 15 times and you went 13-2 with it.

I'd rather lose in 7 than get swept knowing that I competed and gave it my all. Easy choice is getting swept.
