I'm a Celtics fan, so I obviously WANT my C's to kick the crap out of the Magic and take a 2-0 lead into Boston, but I think that Orlando will play tough and even up the series here.

Hopefully that Magic could put together a better effort at the start of the game.

Magic shot 7-for-29 from beyond 15 feet yesterday. Lowest FGM from that zone all year. Does it happen again? No chance.

I can't see us losing two games in a row, more importantly, two games at home.

I think we'll even out this series. Our ball movement was terrible the other night, as was our shooting. Those two things will correct themselves.

Dwight's still the X-factor. Not so sure how I'm feeling about him.

Must win for the magic. They can't shoot much worse from 3, but Dwight's game was not a fluke... I don't think he will dominate this series (avg less than 20 pts).

Boston can play this game relatively pressure free knowing they will either split Orlando's homestand...or maybe even be up 2-0.

However I expect Orlando to eek out a nailbiter.

I was wrong in picking the Magic to win game 1, but I'm feeling right in picking them again in this one. On the other hand, given how well the Cs have been playing lately, it certainly wouldn't be a huge shocker anymore if they stole another one in Orlando. But I hope not. These 4 and 5 game series - so many of them this postseason - they're really getting old. How about both conference finals go 7 games this time and we see some damn competitive basketball for a change?

Rondo's going off tonight. Just as everyone's saying the 3's won't be that bad two games in a row for Orlando, Rondo never has two quiet games.

KG should be big tonight, as well.

Also, any game Ray scores at least 18 points in this year's playoffs, we win. Watch for that stat.

History indicates that the Magic SHOULD win this game. They did not lose back-to-back games all season and were just ripping through the competition up until game one, and teams with homecourt rarely, RARELY drop the first two games of a series, but I have an odd feeling that Boston wins tonight and goes up 2-0.

EDIT: I take it back; Orlando has had a losing streak this season.

Big game for the east tonight. The c's look strong as ever right now, but it looked like the Magic were just slow to get going the other night. I say the Magic get traction early tonight and ream the c's.

I think the Magic counting on what they did in the 4th quarter of Game 1 to give them a confidence boost is going to backfire. A few of them talked about it in post game interviews. However, this was not the Celtics true play. This was the Celtics in quarter 4 of Game 1 of the Cavs series, and the Celtics that blew so many double digit leads in the regular season. This was not the defensive juggernauts they usually are, and if the Magic think they're going to get that Celtics team in Game 2, they'll be in for a rude awakening.

They got their playoff rhythm back late in the 4th, so that's one positive thing that happened for them last game. They should be good to go now.

The first thing I'm going to be looking for tonight is how or if SVG tweaks his team's offensive approach from Sunday's. Whatever adjustment he'll make, it's got to create more space for his perimeter shooters. Orlando basketball is inside-out, but SVG may have to flip that approach on its ear against the stable defense of the Celtics.

The problem with Dwight is that he needs to leave his Christianity in the locker room persay when he is on the court.

He's just to nice. Just like last year when Kobe was acting like a punk in the finals and threw an elbow when Dwight was trying to help him out, Dwight should have come back and knocked him on his back the next time Kobe came inside.

Well, this is the first time I've been able to get on PSD in an hour.

So far, we have been better when we aren't forcing it to Dwight, rather letting it naturally find him. Jameer has boosted the tempo a bit. JJ is really saving us though. We still have been too stagnant on offense, and we're losing the TO battle 5-1.

Pierce is on fire too, which doesn't help.

He doesn't have to score to have an impact on the game. His defense and passing has been outstanding.

What made Boston so tough against Cleveland was Rondo doing his thing and KG taking advantage of Jamison in the post. KG has to take advantage of Lewis in the post. And when Lewis isn't there, he has to take advantage of Pietrus or someone like that on the block.

This team won their first 8 games. They were torching teams. Then we came in game 1 and hit em in the mouth. I expected them to come out guns blazing and the C's would lose this one. The fact were up at the half is HUGE. 3rd quarter during our 08 run was CELTIC quarter. We always smashed teams in the 3rd. Lets see what this second half has in store.
