yeah, honestly, they've been pretty disappointing and lame. Nothing really special or unexpected happening.

Yeah, its been kind of blah...one more reason to be more excited about the offseason than the playoffs. ;-)

I say Finals. These playoffs have been a disappointment to say the least. Lop-sided victories, incredible inconsistency from these and players, and horrid officiating. The Finals may be the one thing that saves these playoffs.

the Jazz and Lakers has to be the most interesting 3-0 series I have ever seen. The Jazz could easily be up 2-1 in the series.

ecf will be an entertaining series. but, i think the wcf wont be a close series. la has a clear advantage down low with the teams left in the west, and i dont think an la-phoenix series will be particularly close.

Funny I heard the same thing last year in the finals....Great teams win those close games.

The Jazz never stood a chance. They're more talk than anything else. We're a heck of a lot better team than they are, and LA put us away 4-2. What did y'all think was gonna happen?????

Magic-Cavs/Celts will be competitive, idk if the Suns can really challenge LA, although it would make for a fresh Finals if the Lakers, Celts and Cavs don't get there.

The east will get intriguing in the next round.

The west will get intriguing in the finals...

Lakers have the talent to win it all, but like playing down to their competition. Therefore, Orlando & Cleveland have legit shots at winning it all.

Everyone else? forget it.

Thats not entertainment, I don't think anybody wants to see the Lakers get another championship besides Laker fans... Honestly, it was disappointing to see them win last year and would be so crappy to see them win again this year. Suns won't beat them but the Cavs/ possibly Magic stand a chance.

Never....NBA playoffs are overrated IMO. NFL, MLB, and even NHL (even though I h8 hockey) have much better playoffs than the NBA. It's bad because it's so damn predictable...If u didn't correctly guess who'd win the last 3 NBA championships (before the playoffs started), I don't think you can call yourself a true basketball fan.

The playoffs will be intruiging once all the pretenders (Hawks, Jazz and unfortunately, The Spurs) are out and the real contenders are left to duke it out in the conference finals.

Hold up...Noah and D Rose taking their game to another level... The Thunder giving the Lakers a legit scare at the #8 spot and their home crowd going bananas...D Wade winning a game singlehandedly... Brandon Roy coming back from a torn meniscus to play... Fear the Deer pushing ATL to 7 games without Bogut... Phoenix becoming legit again and actually playing defense....

That wasn't intriguing? Am I missing something?

Orlando/Hawks series - F
Suns/Spurs series - D
Cavs/Celts series - D unless Boston can win game 4

Lakers/Jazz series - B+ the only reason it's not an A is because the same team won all 3 games. All in all, the Conference Semis have been a D, but the Jazz/Lakers series has been classic. You've got the defending champs versus the most injured and youngest team left in the playoffs and every game has come down to the last 2 minutes.

Ill give you this. The OKC vs LA series was awesome. But the rest of them werent really that interesting. I think next years playoffs should be awesome though.

I guess it depends what you're looking for. I really got a kick out of seeing the young players like Rose, Noah, Brandon Jennings, Westbrook all show that they're legit stars. If your a Thunder or Buck fan you have to be proud of how they showed up in the playoffs.

Also when Roy came back that really showed his love for the game. They lost but that was still a pretty huge deal to me.

I think sometimes peoples expectations are a bit too high, every series is not going to be a knock down drag out fight and yet and still the best basketball is still ahead of us. Im in heaven, maybe thats just me......

Suns/Spurs have all been pretty good games. They just all ended the Suns way so far.

Bucks/Hawks was a great series.

The Celtics-Cavs series has been great except for Game 3. PP had a buzzer beater game winner. Obviously the playoffs are more boring for people when their teams aren't in the playoffs

That would make the Magic the most rested team ever in the playoffs....

Sweeping teams then waiting for game 7s

The NHL playoffs have been more entertaining then the NBA by far

nah, he's just stating the most obvious and realistic truth.

the winner of game 5 will win the series, and chances are it will be cleveland. In this league, you really have to win 2 games on the road to have a shot to win the series when you are the underdog and don't have home court. Especially deeper into the playoffs.

So does Boston have another road win in them? Unlikely.

Calling a series done when it is at 2-2 is ignorant; I don't care what the homecourt situation is.
