View Full Version : Is it time yet for the annual Kosuke Fukudome disappearing act?

So far through his first 78 at bats Kosuke is hitting at .321 with a .415 obp. 5 jacks and 17 knocked in.

It seems for the last two years we've gotten too excited for Kosuke after a hot April. Then he fades into the low .200's during May and June to end with a mid .200's average once pitchers start to figure him out.

So is this year going to be different? I don't know, but we'll see...

Really?? I'm pretty sure he ended last year with a .375 OBP...If you look at it, he actually had more good months than bad last year. Only 2 bad months, really, June and September. He OPS'd over .900 in July and August. He had an amazing April and a pretty solid May also.
