more excited about the playoffs, mainly because portland doesn't factor in as a big player in this fa class. but if you're a knicks, heat, and any other team with cap room fan, then the offseason would be more exciting.

Dude, team photos are memorable to put up on the wall. I still have mine from the 98-99 lockout season. Sadly, Rodman had already left the team by then, so he's not in the picture, lol.

2010 offseason!

Is it July 1st yet?

shoulda asked this before the playoffs started.

Agreed.

U'll have 3 types of fans.

1. Those who's teams are still in the playoffs. Meaning they could care less about the offseason.
2. Those that KNOW they are players in Free Agency and can't wait.
3. NBA fans who, as long as the matchups are entertaining, would prefer the playoffs.

Since Amar'e is part of the 2010 free agency, I'll be more focused on that after the Suns season is over.

everyone should be more excited about the playoffs considering how the cavs do in the playoffs will determine where lebron will end up, i could care less where bosh ends up, the guy makes the NBA look like a joke, he thinks he so dam good showing up the raptors. that team was built around him and that bum just cant lead a team as a #1

I think it is pretty obvious. Only teams in the playoffs are excited about the playoffs and the rest are excited about the offseason.

Offseason because the Wizards should make some splashes and we can stop hearing about the 2010 offseason soon.

I agree with everyone above me, and I just want to say thanks for backing me up.

This guy is rude and has no respect.

Honestly, get out of here if your not going to talk about the reality.

this post-season has been pretty terrible IMO, been bored watching most games. This off season won't live up to it's hype either, but hey, I'm not impressed with the playoffs so far, so i gotta look forward to something, right?

Offseason...I wanna see if we can at least get a good player to replace Bosh, and I wanna see what we do with our draft pick.

And for the record, all the fans of non-playoff teams are probably gonna choose 2010 offseason...

If your favorite team did not make the playoffs or has the cap space to sign one of the big name free agents, then you are more excited about the offseason.

If your favorite team is in the playoffs and is on it's way to a title but with no cap space whatsoever, then you are more excited about the playoffs.

that is all

Hoping the Cavs win so LeBron leaves for /stays in insert your team here.

I am excited about the whole draft process and have been for awhile. I wouldn't mind if no star FA comes because I would rather see my team built from the ground up. Three picks this year and hoping for the top pick.

well, 8 teams in the playoffs. So there for 8 fan base's. Compared to the rest of the league waiting for the offseason to improve.

Me- Playoffs

The playoffs, frankly, have been kind of boring to me. If the Lakers get to the Finals, I'll be excited about that. Like you wouldn't believe.

But if we're talking strictly playoffs, then I am more interested in the FA signing period during the offseason. We'll get to see which free agents really want to win a title, and which ones just want to cash in on the money and fame. Always intrigued by human nature.

Playoffs because the two teams i'm rooting for are still more or less alive. And even without "my" teams i would still vote for playoffs just enjoy watching the postseason. I'm hearing about the 2010 off seaon since 2008 or so, it's bound to disappoint many fans. I will be interested in the offseason after the playoffs are done.

I cant even think about free agency with the playoffs going on. We got some great match-ups (Howard and Horford, Nash/Parker, Amare/Duncan, Pierce/LBJ) and some rivalries going on(the Boston/Cleveland rematch and you gotta love the Suns/Spurs rematch).

Is Bosh staying or going? I'm a Toronto fan and I do not even give a $#!T right now. I want to see the next game! Cavs Celts, Suns Spurs, bring it on!

I'll get excited for free agency after I find out who wins the titles!
