He's been playing pretty well recently. He's not the athlete many of us remember but he still has athletic dimension too his game and, as he always has been, is smart player who can play some defense (anyone else remember him shutting down Glenn Robinson in the NCAA?).

Granted (no pun intended), he has had a lot of injuries but also, if he had played all 14 years, he would have had 14 years of wear and tear on a lot of other parts of his body beyond those parts that were injured.

Do you think in a weird way, his injuries kind of preserved him? Also, how many years do you think he has left? If he's healthy, would you say he's better than, say, Shane Battier?

I would def say 40 yrs old. He might be old in age (37) but the wear-and-tear on his body is very low since he missed those seasons. I think he can do three more years.
