Sorry if this thread annoys anyone, but I haven't heard someone bring up Blake Griffin lately.

What is the general consensus on him? Does anyone still expect big things from him?

BTW Mods, keep this is in NBA forum, I'm not a clippers fan, I want to know everyone's opinion.

The consensus is that nobody has seen him play an NBA game yet. And being that he was the #1 overall pick, yes it's fair to say big things are expected of him. This thread's untimely and dumb dude.

Blake who?

That will be the reaction from NBA fans come next season. The guy is right on track to follow in the steps of Oden.

I don't expect big things from him. Maybe 3 years down the road.

eh no. Pretty sure everyone's going to be very curious to finally see what the kid who put up 23 and 14 with a 65% fg percentage can do at the next level. He was lighting it up in summer ball until that final game. You're alone on that one.

I think he gets three-five solid 20-10 seasons before he retires.

Ill agree with that. I think Blake can put up C. Boozer numbers

and the clips lied about the injury being short term to start the season, good times. What kinda surgery did he have? Bad surgery?

He'll be great as Lebron's wing man next year.

I hate Blake Griffin. That being said, if he stays healthy he will be just fine. He reminds me of Tim Duncan. 16 pg 10 boards a game next year.

I never hyped him up like everyone else did. He should be a solid 20-10 guy if it all goes as planned, and i sure hope so.

with eric gordon, bdiddy, chris kaman, blake griffin, and a high pick this year the clippers should make some noise next year.

Not to mention they will try to sign a big free agent in the offseason.

Is Griffin supposed to be 100% ready for next season? someone please enlighten me. Same thing with oden. When is he gonna be 100%.

It would be great for the game to have these 2 players at 100% for a full season.

Didn't he waste 3-4 months doing his "rehab" before thinking "Oh, I need surgery"

Griffin is expected to return for the summer league(i dont know if he plays) and Oden is almost healthy now(he can play in the playoffs,he said in an interview that he will be fit) but i doubt blazers will risk
