CP3's passing can't help him here.

Name value will give it to Paul in a PSD vote but in a strictly one on one I could easily see Martin.

I'll give the edge to Martin

Like you said, the height advantage and Martin's just a better scorer

I voted for Paul without thinking. This is one on one. Paul works best in a team environment while Martin is a pure scorer. So, I'd give the edge to Martin.

Martin even tho CP3 is a hell of a competitor

80% CP3 will be good enough to beat a 100% Martin I think.

at 100% Martin is one of the best scorers in the league. no way Chris Paul beats him one-on-one

Defensively, CP will wear him down with his hand speed and abuse him with crossovers on the offense.

Paul has speed and defense but Martin has size and is just as good a shooter. It's an interesting balance. I'd actually love to see this game.

It would be very fun to watch indeed.

I went with Paul here. I think Martin would have a legit chance though. Especially if he could get some 2 points from the perimeter. But Paul's quickness, handles, competitiveness and overall "craftiness" make him my pick.

I knew the name alone would get cp3 the win... this tournament is about who's the most popular.. I can see it now.. LBJ vs Kobe in the Finals

I've been a big Martin fan for years... but no. Paul would easily win. Paul is quicker and better dribbler. He would also get many steals from K-Mart once he tried to dribble.

K-mart's only advantage is height. Although K-Mart is 7 inches taller, Paul is only 10 lbs lighter. Which means that Paul has more strength... and would probably even be able to post K-Mart down low if he wanted to.

No way Martin can guard Chris Paul.
