Even though the Magics lost Turkoglu and Lee, they have yet lost momentum due to the explosiveness of Carter, continuous improvement of Dwight, and a healthy Jameer Nelson. Do you guys see a repeat of last year in the Magics. Thoughts?

Magic not Magics

They have as good as chance as any other Top 5 team in the league. They've beaten the Cavs and Lakers more recently and they're surging at the right time. They seem to have found their chemistry, we'll have a better idea of how good they really are when they play the Nuggets, Mavs and then Spurs in 4 days.

They have the best chance of beating Cleveland in the ECFs, so basically, it will depend on if the Cavs stop them or not.

Since Shaq is out for the season I don't really see any centers that can stand up to Dwight. I see the possibility of Orlando getting to the finals very high.

Shaq will be back for the playoffs.

I'd say 20%...its just so hard to get back to the NBA finals two years in a row and Cleveland is looking real good right now

Lol don't worry, I got you. ;)

I think it'll be a great series with Cleveland, with Orlando on top in 6 again.

Depending on the Cavs injury situation, I gotta go with the Cavs (though I seem to remember myself saying the same thing last year lol). If the Celts are healthy, I believe they can beat the Magic (Wallace seems to have Howard's number), but both of those "health" situations are questionable which means the Magic have as good a chance as anybody. Keeping in mind though they suffered through two seven games series just to get to the conference finals, there are teams that can compete in a seven game series with the Magic so regardless, this will not be a cake walk for anybody. Its not like when the Nets walked to the NBA finals, the east is better and I honestly think even a team like the Hawks have a serious shot at making the NBA finals.

It all goes down to the Magic's first round opponents, second round, and 3rd.

Dwight would have to dominate both sides of the ball...

well, they are peaking at the right time, they just beat the cavs and lakers. they have the deepest bench in their conference, probably the NBA. i say they are the favorite in the east. untill the cavs do something in the post season, i will still doubt them.

I believe that we can get back. Since the All-Star break, we've been surging.

I say 45%. In my opinion its pretty much a coin flip with Orlando and Cleveland. However, since Cleveland has homecourt I give them an extra 5%. I just can't see Boston or Atlanta beating Orlando/Cleveland. They are too deep and too talented.

60% Chance I believe it'll be LA and Orl again.
