I'm excited about this guy from notre dame, he is an amazing three point shooter which the heat don't have many of and he almost led notre dame to an NIT title. He was the star player on the fighting irish last year and he could be a good player of the bench, heres some stats.

Quinn, a three-year starter at Notre Dame, averaged 14.6 points, 3.5 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.27 steals in 122 games over his four-year career, including a team-best 17.7 points this past season.

heres the rest of the story from which it came from http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2006/basketball/nba/07/07/bc.bkn.heat.summerleagu.ap/index.html

I don't know about this guy but Miami has enough 3 point shooters : J-Will, Walker (like 8 per game), Wade , Posey, Kapono. Next Season Dorell Wright will play and have more minutes, I think he's a great 3 point shooter.

Guard Chris Quinn has re-signed with the Heat, and make no mistake, that’s a good thing.

Miami needed Quinn (two years, $1 million per year, player option after first year) and forward Dorell Wright (two years at about $2.9 each year) on the roster because they represent cheap labor that is already familiar with the system.

If either becomes a rotation player for the Heat, and it could happen, he’ll rank among the league’s best low-priced signin

just remeber what everybody is saying about him
