No way does L.A lose tomorrow! I expect a big game from Andrew Bynum, he'll eat up Nazr Mohammed down low.

The Lakers have had a difficult time playing the Bobcats in recent history.

However, I expect them to bounce back after a tough loss last night.

Bobcats are 20-8 at home.
Lakers are 17-11 on the road.

The Cats did lose by only 2 to LA on the road. In fact, 6 of their 11 career games verse the Cats have been within 2 points or OT games.

I wouldn't say "no way". I think they'll win, but it's far from a slam dunk.

Nazr hasn't played in a while. Theo has filled in. Nazr could return tonight. They have a ton of big bodies to send out there who can disrupt LA's bigs. Ty, Diop, Theo, Nazr, Chandler etc.

I think it will be a good win. The Cats are getting desperate. Wallace said himself it's time to hit the panic button. They'll give it their all.

I'm watching the Bobcats/Lakers game until Orlando comes on...

Diaw shouldn't be put back in as a PF this game...unless maybe against Odom. He's way too undersized. He's getting killed. The Laker front court dominating.

Cleveland is getting beat pretty handily early on. LeBron and others are playing well though. Detroit's just hitting shots.

ManRam
03-05-2010, 09:06 PM
Kobe having another slow first half and the Bobcats have the lead.
The Cavs cut it to single digits. LeBron has 16-6-6.

Orlando is about to tee off...and hopefully make a mockery out of NJ so I can watch those two games. Think they'll be good ones.

No. He's shot 50% or less in 37 out of his last 38 games. Only once has he shot over 50% in the last 38 games. Get it? His FG% is down to like 36% now.

I still think the Bobcats are much better than what the standings say. Their defense is absolutely top tier. Milwaukee is really playing well, but their schedule is gonna toughen up. I think it will be a good race for the 8th spot in the East.

yeah the dallas schedule is as close to a cakewalk as you can get the next 8 games. If we did end up being 4th I'd be a lot happier with the Mavs having the top seed than the Lakers

Sorry, you can't have every call you want. Quentin had his best game of the season yesterday, but do you even remember that Kobe had 39 points? Probably not. It wasn't Q-Rich, it wasn't Wade, it wasn't even THEIR defense, it was the failure of the offense run for Pau and AB.

That's not what lost us the game. We relatively played a good road game. The game was close throughout, and I thought we outplayed them. It was just the Q-Rich was on fire. Bynum and Gasol had decent games, but coughed up the ball too much. 7 turnovers between the two. They provided a great interior presence and every deflection near the basket was caused by them. First time I heard them being referred to as "trees" by JFG. The difference maker in that game was Quentin.
