In a best of 7, I still like Orlando. Does anyone else feel this way? I think they just have Cleveland's number.

no your not, because no one is calling the cav's an unstoppable force like they did last year....though i do think they stand a better chance to beat the magic than last year

No you ain't alone. Orlando is one of the most inconsistent teams i've ever seen. They have so much talent, but some nights its like they don't know what to do with it, with players playing super lazy and just shooting jumpers all game. That being said, the Magic know how to beat the Cavs. If Howard can score early on and maybe force double teams they've got a chance. But the wild card is.....

Vince Carter. If he picks it up in the postseason (maybe he's been saving it up this year but who knows), they'll be one of the most dangerous teams in the playoffs. Cause really they don't have anyone who goes to the rim, and if he's just aggressive, not even scoring, the guy can draw attention and dump it down to Howard or kick it out. Just as Hedo was huge for them last year, VC has to be huge this year.

I agree with you.

Cavs are by far the best performing team at this point in the season, but Dwight has been a monster lately on the offensive end. If Dwight continues playing like that in the playoffs, and the shooters catch fire like they did last season, I would bet on Orlando. If Orlando plays simply just above average, it'll be a great series.

I still have Orlando as the team to beat in the East.

This is arguably a homer's pick.

I think Orlando is the only eastern team capable to beat cleveland in a 7 games series.

There is a reason why Cleveland got Shaq.

And we're suprised by this.....You would look for any excuse to not give LeBron credit, but w/e live life and let live.

I believe getting Vince will be their demise, taking away touches from Dwight on the inside which is where Cleveland got beat.

If Vince steps it up and Howard is getting his Inside to work. Than IMO yes they can beat them.

If Vince and Howard are on their game, then yeah they can beat the Cavs. It would take a lot, but I think they could get it done.

If I were a betting man, I'd be putting my money on the Cavs, but not by all of that much.

For the Magic it all depends on Howard's effectiveness in the post, and their ability to drain the 3 point shot. If both of those play out well for them, then we could very well see them in the Finals again.
