I'm sorry if this has already been posted but...

Who do you think will reach and win the NBA Finals this year as of the All-Start Break. Also base your predictions on trades that have or will go down in the next week. With that being said

MAVS vs CAVS - (Cavs in 7)

I think it''ll be Mavs vs. Cavs.

Mavs win in 5 games.

Yea, I'm a Mavericks fan, but before this trade I would've told you we wouldn't make it past the first round. I think this team is solid at every position.

PG: Jason Kidd - Roddy Beaubois
SG: Caron Butler - Jason Terry - DeShawn Stevenson
SF: Shawn Marion - Caron Butler - Tim Thomas
PF: Dirk Nowitzki - Eduardo Najera - Tim Thomas
C: Brendan Haywood - Erick Dampier

Lakers: Don't have a true PG(Fish averages like 2.5 apg)
Cavs: They have Lebron, but I don't really think they have enough around him.
Magic: I'm not sure they have a elite scorer on their team. Vince is the best scorer they have.
Celtics: They need to make a move. They seem out of sync.
Denver: Good team, I don't know about Afflalo and Allin in their starting lineup.

I don't care how you put it, but the Lakers have better talent almost everywhere else PLUS they have the best coach on the sidelines. It's gonna be hard for Dallas to win when Lakers have home court advantage throughout the West.

3 things:

1) wtf is a predictiob

2) lol, you listed Tim Thomas twice, and totally forgot about the great and legendary Jose Juan Barea

3) when the **** did the lakers start using the princeton offense or pick and roll offense. the triangle doesn't even have a true pointguard. it's predicated upon ball movement and player movement of all 5 guys. It's not just give it to LeBron at the top of the key, have one guy stands 10 feet from the basket and have 3 guys using their nailfilers and getting their pedicures while standing at the 3 pt line and then just waiting for lebron to do something with it, lol.

lol at this mavs fan

the deal hasn't even completed yet

and who cares how many assists Fisher averages, he plays in triangle offense which doesn't require pure PG

and why do you think butler is that good, he has really low FG and 3PT FG percentages!

way too early to say, one injury could completely shift everything

but as of now im going to say Nets vs Wolves, Wolves sweep the nets thanks to big al and Love

the mavs? so the mavs make a (possible uncompleted) trade and now they are full on contenders? im not getting it

Anyway, I'm going to be honest with you. Dallas doesn't win this year but wins it next year after another good offseason, dealing Dampier's 13 million dollar expiring contract for good talent.

ECF = Cavs over Celtics in 6
Finals = Cavs over Lakers in 7

Too bad it doesn't work in the playoffs... Remember the Magic?

Yeah, too bad it wasn't LeBron's fault (38/8/8 over the series), more the mismatches created by Hedo and our inability to guard Dwight... Two things that have been addressed this season.

Artest better than Butler? Better than Kidd? Better than Terry? He's equal to Marion.

No is the answer to all questions. Gasol would be Dallas's second best player, yes.
