Nominees:

Shaq, 2000 NBA Finals

Shaq dominates the Finals against Indiana in the first of his three titles with L.A.

Shaq, 2001 NBA Finals

Another season, another title for Shaq, who was the Finals MVP against the Sixers.

Jason Kidd, 2002 East Finals

Three triple-doubles for Jason Kidd as he led the Nets to the East title and the NBA Finals.

Tim Duncan, 2003 NBA Finals

Tim Duncan was Finals MVP and nearly had a quadruple-double against New Jersey.

Steve Nash, 2005 West Semifinals

The MVP of the league proved why in leading the Suns past the Mavs into the West Finals.

D-Wade, 2006 NBA Finals

Down 0-2 in the Finals, Dwyane Wade carried Miami to an improbable comeback title.

My Pick is D-Wade 2006, with Shaq 2000 in a close 2nd.

Kobe isn't a choice for this one?!

I think that's the first time, no?

Dunno if this is a smartass sarcastic comment from u but wutever...

If they had to pick Kobe, then it would be 2001 Western Conference Semi-Finals against the Sacramento Kings, where in a 4-game sweep, he had back-to-back 40 pt games...."as the second guy on the team"

Cuz we all know Kobe didnt do Jack **** for the 3 titles cuz it was all Shaq

Sucks for Shaq, his two are going to get split up.

I voted for Wade.

It was a little sarcasm, and a little seriousness.

It was a little sarcasm, and a little seriousness.

The sarcasm would only apply to LeBron, seeing as to how last week, with the individual performance in a regular season, the NBA just somehow were able to squeeze in his 52 pt (1 rebound shy) game at MSG. The only reason it got so much noteriety was cuz of all this stupid summer of 2010 crap talk

Of course it's going to be that way. Lebron is the best basketball player on the planet and the "NBA's Golden Child".

That's just how it's going to be.

Hard to not choose Wade, considering the circumstances that he was playing under.

I'm going with the obvious pick here, D-Wade in that wonder series against the Mavs.

Shaq is going to get a lot of split votes so I'm guessing Flash will win this one easily.

I choose Lebrons Buzzer Beater vs the Magic last year!

Being a Homer, watching Jason Kidd's triple doubles was amazing for me.

but D-Wade turned up the heat in that playoff. I go for Wade.

What about Amar'e in the 2005 WC Finals?

37 PPG, 9.8 RPG, 1.4 APG, 1.6 BPG, 1 SPG, 55% FG%, 84% FT%. Not bad for a 3rd year player up against the best PF in the game at the time (Duncan).

Suns basically lost in a 5 game sweep (4-1) to the Spurs, going to a 0-3 whole, and losing all 3 homes games in Phoenix.

Amare, lmao!

Joe Johnson was out the first two games (which were at home and we lost), not to mention other drama that hurt the Suns in that series. The series result is irrelevant in my opinion.

You can't deny that averaging 37 PPG against Duncan is pretty damn impressive for a 22 year old. Even ignoring his stats, Amar'e was unbelievable in that series. Nobody for the Spurs had an answer and he just did as he pleased.

Between Shaq's 2000 and Wade's 2006 clearly.

How is Iverson's series against TO not here!

Two 50pt games in one series?!?!?! Only MJ has done that before AI.
