Watching the Cavs/heat game, the Cavs have gotten atleast 7 anticipated fouls......i meant anticipated by saying the heat players did not even touch Cavs players but the refs actually anticipated a foul before the whistle.

does anyone have game video to help prove this?

They know what they're doing. We don't have a clue half of the time what's going on in terms of fouls, they have the technology, and the angles to see what's going on, while we're usually limited to one. They usually have good reasons for their calls, but there are a few iffy calls here and there.

7 replays......all mistakes, is this just a coincidence?

There have been some iffy calls, but nothing to warrant questioning the integrity of the game. Seriously. We have the ability to see things in slow motion, from 85 different angles, and the time to think about it. Refs don't.

Refs have off nights too.

lebron james 15-19 FT already in the 3rd quarter?

wtf?

I do think LeBron has deserved every trip to the line but one. He has been as aggressive this game as I've ever seen, and the Heat have been on their heals all night stopping him. When those two things happen at the same time, that player will get to the line, a lot.

Like right there. Haslem got lazy. He didn't jump to stop Z, he just swatted his arm.

The Heat are playing lazy post defense.

 They're reffing by looking at the TV monitor or Jumbotron?

Are you serious? This game has been reffed completely, 100% fairly, and both teams have gotten the same calls. The Heat have just played pathetically lazy defense when LeBron has driven.

oh btw

Dwyane Wade: 1-1 FT and has 4 personal fouls

LeBron James: 15-19 FT and has 0 personal fouls

And there. The Heat have no choice but to foul. They've been on their heals all night.

I won't say this has been reffed 100% fairly like Jetsfan, but I'll say it's been 96%.

haha the Cavs had 3 times the amount of free throws

The numbers mean nothing. Watch it with you eyes. A foul is a foul. A non-foul is a non foul. LeBron could shoot 100FTs, and Wade could foul out in 10 minutes, and it could be a fairly called game.

it's very common with the Cavs. it's just marketing. Lebron is the future. they had a +40 FT differential just last week.

Why does it not surprise me that this thread was created by a disgruntled Heat fan...

The NBA has arguably the most arrogant refs; it's probably basketball, in general. If they don't like you, they'll 'T' you up in a heartbeat. As for anticipating a foul, I think it's a reward for a missed call on the previous possession.
