The thing about him going to the Sixers for Iggy is that Iggy still has 4 or 5 years on a 54.6 mil. contract. Houston still wants to contend in get a nice free agent this summer and getting Iggy would mess that up and mess up getting any of are other soon to be free agents back and thats the last thing we want. I think we will make a trade with the Wizards for Butler and Jamison I would hope cause those two players have been outstanding for the Wizards and have been in trade speculations

He has to be released first or traded.

I would love to have him on the Bulls though.

I don't think he will be traded, he'll just end up being bought out by the Rockets and then someone will pick him up.

I'd trade him for VC, but I doubt the franchise would want him back or the Rockets would want Carter.

If he's a huge expiring contract, why doesn't Houston just let his contract expire in hopes of signing a star to a max deal? Imagine a Bosh and Yao front court..

I think Yao bouncing back would be the biggest concern on any max players' mind this offseason... If I was Bosh (taking your example), I'd challenge Yao to a one-on-one game in the offseason and see how much he's progressed thus far.

if he gets traded it will be only to be three teams, 76ers, kings and wizards.

I think it would be very wise for the rockets to let his contract run out and get some flexibility coming into free agency and pray Yao regains to his old form. The rockets will be great to watch when Yao returns next year with how good Landry looks and Scola is always solid. This is definitely a team to keep an eye on for years to come.

cuz they are 43 million committed for next year. They would only be able to sign probably one FA

This guy is done! When his body allowed him to perform, he didn't have enough to see rd2. So,if your a GM trying to free cap space and not play in rd2 T-Mac is your guy
