Can't say that I undersand the logic behind NBA scheduling. 2 games on Tuesday, 13 on Wednesday. Seems to me that if the games were more evenly distributed it would pretty much guarantee better ratings for every team in the league.

---------------------

Utah has a tough game in SA, and odds are OKC will beat Minny. If the Jazz lose and Thunder win, that will put Oklahoma up a full game over Utah in the division race. I know the Thunder are improving and Durant's turning into a real beast, but if someone had told me at the beginning of the season that things would be at this point in January, I sure wouldn't have believed it. Still think Utah probably finishes well ahead of them by season's end, but OKC is really starting to look like legit lower-tier playoff seed material. Surprising.

What does knowing a team isn't the favorite to when have to do with being a fan?

Hell No! In fact Golden State is my 2nd least favorite team.

Kings fan.

Trust me, after the last Nuggets-Warriors game, I think it's pretty safe to say that the Warriors and their fans are going to be on a pretty serious revenge trip, and confident that they'll be fired up for the win.

Are you a Sac native transplanted to the Bay, then? From my experience living in SF for a year it was pretty rare to find anything other than Warriors fans among the native SFians. And if anything their feelings bent pretty strongly against the other Cali teams.

Well i was born and lived the first few years of my life in sac. We moved out to the bay area but i would visit sac a few times a year.

So i guess being born in sac (even though i didn't live there long) is the reason i chose the Kings.

There are a ton of people that moved from the Bay Area to the Sacramento area, including my family.

I sure hope the fans don't boo him. They should give him a standing O. He gave so much to that organization (including playing a major role in bringing them a championship), and after the Billups trade, the sun had pretty much already set on that era of the team anyhow. With the direction Dumars is taking things now (making moves to cut older veterans' salaries and re-tool for the future), it would have been largely pointless for the Pistons to bring back Sheed. The fact that it's the Celtics may not help, but at that point in his career, and with the declining state of the post-Billups Detroit team, I hope the fans don't blame him for wanting to join a contender. He served their city well for many long years.

Rasheed Wallace was one of the major reasons why the Pistons won the championship in 2004.

He deserves a standing ovation.
