Who is the best player to be selected in an expansion draft?

I ask, of course, because Gerald Wallace comes to mind, but I really can't think of any others who were solid.

No.

Gail Goodrich was selected by the Phoenix Suns in the 1968 expansion draft. He's a HOF'er, a 5 time all-star, and scored over 19,000 points in his career.

Goodrich is the best player to be drafted at the time he was drafted in the expansion draft.

Walt Bellamy is the best player to ever be drafted in an expansion draft.

Reggie Theus was a pretty good player who enjoyed a nice career(better over a longer period of time than G. Wallace), when he was selected by Orlando in the 89' expansion draft. But he only played 1 season for the Magic.
