Who is the player on your team that was great last year and you expected him to be as great or better...instead hes been really bad and not even playing at the level he was last year? The player could be a free agent signing by your team, come over from a trade, or simply was on the team last year. Following the Toronto Raptors...Hedo Turkoglu is playing terrible basketball. A 55 million man playing flop like crazy. YOur ideas.

Sasha Vujacic, great during his contract year, last year and this year are a different story.

Bobby Jackson, 6th man of the year in sactown, fallen off the charts since.

He retired....he just got old and works for the Kings now. That doens't make him a one year wonder.

DJ Augustin wasn't exactly great last year but pretty damn good as a backup rookie PG

this year has been less than desirable
minutes points assists way down

I didn't expect much from Hedo. He was never a star and it is clear he isn't.

For the Bulls I would have to say John Salmons.

Rose.

d rose

He's still playing better than Beasley. More points...better fg% + he dosent have a guy like Wade who will take most of the opposing defensive pressure. So even when Rose is playing ****....he's still better that Beasley.

The biggest one year wonder: Mike James - averaged 20 ppg 6 apg in 05-06

Rose gets more minutes than Beasley. I think they are about equal honestly, but it's hard to compare seeing as they play different positions.

However, Westbrook is significantly better than Rose. They were about even last year in stats, but this year, Westbrook is making Rose look horrible.

Out of the bunch, regardless of the fact the Nets have the worst record in the NBA, it is without question Brook Lopez was the steal at number 10. He is the only producing player on the Nets, shooting 50% FG, 80%+ FT, 9+ rpg, 1.7 apg, .7 spg, 2+ bpg and almost 20 ppg.

Brook Lopez has been a beast, no arguement there. How is Westbrook making Rose look horrible?

Rose started the year with an injury, a main reason why his stats are below what they should be. I haven't watched him play this year, but just looking at his stats, they aren't anything special.

Hinrich's offense has really disppeared this season.

he needs a change of scenery, he needs to go somewhere else where he will be a contributor. The makeup of the Bulls team in 05-07 was probably for him, but with D.Rose running the show at the present time, I think he'd be fit playing somewhere else. Miami would be the perfect team for the services of Kirk Hinrich.

You can't use that argument... Rose is the number 1 option on the Bulls and he was outstanding last year, mediocre so far this year.

Beasley has steadily improved his play from the end of last year and the beginning of this season and is really showing some potential.

I have a feeling this is gonna turn into a D Rose bashing thread.

see that will only happen because people overated d rose from the start. because he was better last year, everyone expects him to be evene better. because hes slumping people automatically assumes his dirt. but hes not was a solid player but not as great as people claimed he was last season. so if people didnt overate him like last year, and judging his effect on the bulls , people wouldnt been critizing him as much. people also have to take consideration they got loul deng back. alot more scroing so less points for derrick.

people were overating this guy to be an all star in his damm rookie season
and saying hes top 5 pg in teh east.

as for the wonders

hedo turkoglu

i would had glady traded him for stephen jackson, and that would be a solid trade for the warriors who got offfered garbage players with big contracts .

You have to have a really great year to be a 1 year wonder. So dont worry Rose doesnt even qualify for this thread
