The only thing thats going to be disappointing is Jimmie Johnson winning another championship. At least with the original format all the races counted equally and there would have been different champions the last 4 years. I have always hated this 10 race Chase ****.

Jimmie would have still won 2 if everything played out exactly like it did (highly unlikely). So its hard to determine who would have won the championship. Teams have flat out said they have changed their approach to the season since there is now a "playoff"

For the sake of TV ratings, there needs to be a new champ or if it has to be Jimmy, an exciting Miami race.

The best final race 1992 Alan kulwicki vs Bill Elliott vs Davey Allison

Not going to go with the top 12 for the chase because too much can change, but I do think Stewarts going to have a year. The first year with him as an owner/driver, he was leading in points going into the chase. Next year, I think he's going to win it all.
