Bulls. 3rd year guy leading the NBA in rebounding. Future perrenial all star PG. Probably picking up a superstar in 2010. I'd say Bulls.

My non-homer pick......

OKC EASILY. Westbrook, Harden, Durant, and Green will carry that team to postseason and maybe finals appearences in years to come

none seem too promising, i went with Other for the Bucks just because Jennings has the makings of a superstar

NJ. Brooke, Harris, a top 3 pick and possibly a superstar FA.

There are others who aren't on the list who are better...but NJ is a fun pick.

OKC's future looks amazing.

the reason why some of the teams that you guys r talking about arent in the bottom half of the league like the bulls and the blazers i should have put the bucks up there though but wat about the bucks is really looking good besides brandon jennings?

KingsMadness44
11-21-2009, 08:01 PM
and my pick is obviously sacramento which is of course my homer pick but i have seen almost all of there games and they r playing very well and beating some really good competition

my non homer pick would have to be new jersey they have a great point guard there and they have a lot of really good young talent and like someone else said they have the best shot at getting a big name free agent

Most people think the thunder...and it has to be them....
They are stacked with young talent...
Might make the playoffs this year. If they dont they will consistently for years to come starting next year. As long as they can keep Durant, Westbrook, Harden, and Green on the same team...

KingsMadness44

like i said already the bulls are not in the bottom half of the league they will probably make the playoffs this year and i forgot the bucks but do people really believe that the bucks are going to be a top team in 2-3 years???

KingsMadness44
11-21-2009, 08:11 PM
the thunder arent on this list for the same reason they are not in the bottom of the league and they will probably make the playoffs this year the teams that are up there on that list are there becuz they wont make the playoffs hence the 2-3 years down the road thing

KingsMadness44

none seem too promising, i went with Other for the Bucks just because Jennings has the makings of a superstar

so you think that jennings will be able to carry and entire team for an entire season?

Definently not Philadelphia. They are wrecked with bad contracts and a team that will be lucky to make the playoffs and get bounced in the first round.

Off the list I'd say Memphis. Too bad for them they couldn't of got the 1st pick themselves because a Griffin/Gasol frontcourt with Gay/Mayo/Conley would of been a terrific lineup but they still have alot of talent without him.

New Jersey.

Devin Harris, Brook Lopez, #1 pick/John Wall ;), Courtney Lee....so far sounds so good. Don't forget all that cap this year in which they will pick up LBJ/Wade/Bosh/Joe Johnson/Rudy Gay/someone........

Thunder without a doubt.

They have a superstar in Durant and a possible all star in Westbrook plus a good post presence in Green

I dont know why people keep saying the Thunder, the OP said he was asking about the bottom part of the league. Thats not the Thunder as of now. It would be like saying the Blazers, they are past the point of being young, talented and bad.

If the Thunder manage their payroll intelligently and get a good defensive C they will be a very good team.

I watch all the wiz games and follow the franchise and think they are on the right track for recovery. I am a closet kings fan and think they will do something before the wiz

Well the easy answer is the Nets. Two stars in Brook and Devin, two very good role players with CDR and CLEE, a high lottery pick, enough cap space for a max contract and then another $8-12 million. It wouldn't be unrealistic for this to happen:

PG Harris
SG Lee
SF Rudy Gay
PF Chris Bosh
C Lopez

G/F CDR
1st round pick= Wall, Favors, or Davis
G Terrence Williams
F/C Yi Jianlian
