What are the top NBA 6th man rotations?
That means, teams starting 5 and best player off the bench.

1. LA Lakers - Derek Fisher, Kobe, Artest, Gasol, Bynum 6th - Odom
2. Celtics - Rondo, Allen, Pierce, Garnett, Perkins 6th - Wallace
3. Spurs - Tony Parker, Finley, Jefferson, Mcdyess, Ducan 6th - Ginoboli

I definitely agree with your top 5 teams... but shouldn't West be in the rotation for the Cavs over PArker? and i think the Wizards are #6 if you replace Stevenson with Foye

It's the starting 5s and the best 6th man.
JR smith will NOT start for the nuggets, thats why they brought in Afflalo as an upgrade to their Dhantay Jones strategy.
Foye will NOT come in and replace Stevenson in the starting 5, and I read that Blatche will start and not Haywood.
I originally had West starting for the cavs, but with his recent troubles brown might elect to go with Parker as he has done in the preseason.

Why all this "if healthy" Stuff??? All the Elite Teams (Lakers, Spurs, Celts, Cavs, Magic) all are one injury away from a 25-win season...

Look no further than what happened to the Celtics after they lost KG. Man, they were a train-wreck...

I like Boston and Orlando. Both have great 6th man rotation.
