#16 pick, rookie James Johnson grabs an off. rebound with less than a second left and just gets it off in time to beat the jazz 102-101

although it was only a preseason game, it was a pretty damn intense one with a great finish

james johnson will be the steal of hte first round in a few years. reminds me a bit of less athletic but stronger version of wilson chandler who i also have man crush on.

He had an overall good game last night and there wasn't a better way to cap off the night than him making that shot... He and Gibson both look like they are really going to be some key pieces this year... Good pickups by the Bulls

I was impressed by both first round picks, Johnson and Maynor, both had solid 4th quarters.

no kidding? i think everyone understood it was preseason considering the OP even pointed it out.. he was just showing off a pretty cool buzzer beater. get over yourself and your team and congratulate the shot instead of pointing out the obvious..

i dont care who was out there playing. theyre all extremely talented basketball players.. it just ticks me off that some people feel the need to just say "preseason." well yeah, thats pretty obvious but instead of being obnoxious and pointing that just congratulate the shot or not respond at all. the OP wasnt trying to show how good his team or the player is going to be based off one preseason shot. he was just trying to show a pretty cool buzzer beater that he figured most people would enjoy watching..

I'm just happy this happened in London. They got to see a heck of a game and everybody was on their feet. Everything seems to be going right for the NBA.

woah, I think I'm reading this right, your saying the Jazz's starters were out there the whole game? Our starters played the first Q where we looked pretty comfortable, even then we had an undrafted rookie playing. 2nd quarter we had players like Spencer Nelson and Ronald Dupree out there and no starter played the 4th, which is why I said I was impressed with Maynor, running the floor for us in the comeback 4th quarter.

It was only preseason, but it was an awesome play and yeah we saw a cracker, I think they've missed a trick, they should have announced next years line up and had the tickets on sale cus I would have gone straight out and got mine in.
