2008 Kobe Bryant got MVP
2009 King James ended up getting MVP
2010 - ?

I think its going to be a good battle between, Kobe, LBJ, CP3, Wade...and probably the most underrated candidate - Chris Bosh

I think its gonna end up a battle of Wade and LeBron. I really think Brandon Roy has a chance to creep up on the award.

Wade if heat win 50+ this season. He is the emotinal fav this yr.

Unless the Lakers win a ton of games this year(68-70+) Kobe is not going to win MVP. MVP is all about stats and with such a deep team Kobe wont get close to the numbers LeBron and D-Wade will have.

My vote is LeBron.

Unless LeBron gets hurt, or Cleveland really stinks it up (not gonna happen), it's LeBron's to lose.

Chris Bosh with a 50+ win season

No one's thrown Dwight's name in there yet. He could go for a silly 25 and 15.

Chris Bosh with a 50+ win season

lol no. hez in a weak east, only dominated by celts, cavs and magic. if u get swept by all those teams, thats about 10-12 losses right there (depending on if u play them 3 or 4 times this yr)

if hez mvp, he better make the raps better than everybody else that's fill in the rest of the playoff spots like sixers, pacers, wiz, bulls, bobcats, hawks, heat etc. He has to have a 58+ win season to be even considered.

With the arrival of Artest..Lebron will end up with better stats and so will DWade...But if Nash went back to back...Kobe will get his 2nd MVP using the same criteria...
Best team...Best record...Kobe will be a fascilitator this season...

Brandon Jennings....ok maybe not.

i think the player that will jump into MVP discussion, eventhough i think hes completely overrated RIGHT NOW is Rajon Rondo. Although i think hes overrated because of all the praise hes getting for one series, i think if he continues what hes done throught a whole regular season, then hell be in the discussion for sure. also, when i say continues what hes done im not saying that im expectng him to average a triple double thoughout a whole season, but im saying at around that level.

having said that, i think the MVP will be LeBron, but like last year, i think it should be Kobe next year just like i thought it should have been Kobe last year.

I'd say either Lebron or Wade. Kobe certainly has the potential to win it, but i think he has too much help compared to the other 2 guys. Chris Paul also will be a sleeper candidate.

I think it's between Kobe/Lebron but I could see Melo getting it

Chris Bosh could actually be in the race for MVP

yeah... I guess he could...

Toronto could be in the finals this season

Cav's could trade LeBron to LA for Morrison...

So what are you saying?

Just for the sake of being different... Tony Parker would be my super long shot pick.

Let's check credentials:
Team can win 60 games (check!)
Best player on the team (ehhh)
Clutch player (check!)

Lebron will win MVP regardless of what he does. He can have the most turnovers in the league this year and still win because the Stern can turn that into a "criteria" for MVP.
