The obvious pick may be the Wizards, because their going from nothing to having Gilbert Arenas back, plus Mike Miller and Randy Foye.
The Toronto Raptors are also in the discussion as the continue to build their International Canadian team.
The Clippers may be in the talks as well.

What do you think?

The Wizards, I am assuming Gilbert gives them something in the nature of 50 games, and Foye and Miller are depth.
I think the Thunder win 40 games possibly as well. They need a good start, that kills young teams when they start 8-25, but they played well the last half of last season, but there was no pressure to win then. Lets see if it carries over

I say bobcats because i beleive we are gonna make the playoffs

I'm not sure since the season aint started yet. But I think the Cavs should improve more than any other team now that they have that post presence and defense they were lacking last season. It's gonna be hard for Howard to dunk on Shaq.

I believe the Grizzlies will definitely improve from 24 wins. Will we be the most improved....could be!

Knicks-they now have DARKO

Wizards easily.

Brought in some good players that can contribute right away, get back a healthy Arenas and get a great coach in Flip.

I think the Pistons might have improved-ish.
If Ben Wallace starts playing like an All-Star again, then they might make it to the playoffs. However, they need a stronger Center to back them up. I would trade Chris Kaman for Rip Hamilton. :D
