Sorry if this is a repeat thread, but what is your team's biggest cancer? In other words what is impeding you're team from being better? This could be a player, coach, owner, ongoing issue, contract, ect. Don't tell me you're team doesn't have one because nobody is a perfect 82-0.

For the Jazz it's Kirilenko's 16 mil+ contract.
