lol, that's a joke right?

This list is for the whole decade. I'm not a Billups or even a Pistons fan, but Billups has accomplished way more than Paul has this decade

Are you high? Chris Paul has done nothing. Chauncey has a Finals MVP and taken his team to the Conference Finals every year, even in the West.

I agree that for the decade Billups acomplished more but well duhhh, he played like 5 more seasons this decade. But, CP will be the better PG when their careers are over

That's not going to be easy. Billups has accomplished a lot compared to most players, regardless of how long they were/have been in the league.

Why is arenas above people like TP, and CP3. C'mon, that's just messed up.

I know it wont be easy, but nothing is. The way CP is going I would be surprised if at the end of his career he is a top 5 PG.

Eh, shouldn't ever expect anything smart from Yahoo regarding basketball. Especially the analysis on Baron Davis when they blast him from taking a bunch of 3's because he "only" shot 32.1%. Do they realize that that's the exact same as shooting 48% from 2? I doubt he "hurt the team" when he single-handedly led them to multiple playoffs and 2 second round appearances and then later with Golden State.

Not to mention that Gilbert Arenas is ahead of Chris Paul

Sam Cassell?
Heck! Might as well add Troy Hudson too...
(but he was good in the early 2000s)

This is a great list!

As always filled with inconsistencies that I wont bother with, Dwyer tries hard I give him that but hes not genuine.

Arenas had 2 really good years and the rest he was either benched or injured and he's on top of CP3, TP, etc.?

Other than Arenas being to high, pretty good list

I like chauncey at 3.
A great PG and an even better man.
What a steal for Denver.

Nash is number 1, and Arenas should be after Paul
(ARenas can't play defense for his life)

I think the top 4 should be
1. Kidd
2. Nash
3. Billups
4. Paul

1 Either Nash or Kidd what a toss up
2 Nash/Kidd
3 Billups
4 Parker

No. Paul came into the league in 05, he played half the decade. Billups lead the Pistons to six straight conference finals, a title, and a finals MVP. He also led a different team, the Nugget to a conference finals appearance. Not even close.

Don't hate on Sam. Had he been healthy for the playoffs that year with Minny, I truly believe they would have went all the way. That team with Sprewell and KG were unstoppable in 03/04, until Sam got hurt and they lost the next two out of 3 to the Lakers in the WCF.

He also has 3 rings and averaged double digits in scoring for about 14 straight years. Anyone who doesn't believe he should be on the list is an alien head.

Put it all together - the stifling defense, the pinpoint passing, the burgeoning shooting acumen, the scoring touch in transition, in the paint, or his staunch rebounding abilities - and you nearly have the perfect point guard.

And the best point man of our era.

The off-court stuff, you might not like. The trade demands, the contract issues or the way he was probably pretty overrated during his last few years in New Jersey. Overall, it doesn't matter much. Kidd averaged 13.8 points, 9.2 assists, 6.7 rebounds, two steals, three turnovers and absolutely killer defense for the better part of this decade.

Defense baby!!!

Tony Parker should definitely be much higher then no. 6 on the list. I would put Chris Paul and Deron Williams ahead of Gilbert Arenas.
