Who is going to rack up the most regular season triple doubles? Lebron had the most in 2008/9 with Rondo racking up the most in the playoffs.

Lebron James

Lebron. There's no reason to vote against him.

The question should be who will have the 2nd most triple doubles

I don't like this Lebron Era of basketball.
Kobe can only stave him off for about 2-3 more years than Wade, Paul, Melo - Howard, maybe - will have to elevate their games to compete for best in the game awards.
Lebron's not really this talented, right?

My bold prediction in the bold prediction thread was that Rondo would have 6 triple doubles (doesn't sound like a lot...but it is a ton). I think he'll have the most. Him or LeBron definitely are the clear top choices.

Rondo is good for triple doubles but not more than Lebron. I also think it will be harder for Rondo to get these triple doubles now that he has KG back and Rasheed eating up rebounds.

I'm gonna say Kidd as well. He barely makes it though. It's always like 10/10/10.

You could say the same thing about Lebron getting Shaq to clean up a lot of rebounds.

Lebron had only 1 more triple double than Chris Paul did last year, so I'm not sure why everyone is thinking this is going to be a landslide win for Lebron? Also, Rondo had 2 more than Lebron in the playoffs last year, despite Lebron playing one more game than Rondo.

I feel it's going to be between Rondo, Paul, and Lebron, but by no means is Lebron the far and away favorite.

'08/'09 triple doubles:

Melo - ZERO
D-Wade - ZERO

Jason Kidd - 3
Kobe - 2

Yah, great argument for Wade and Melo to be on my poll over Kidd and Kobe.

the most obvious choice

Lebron

'08/'09 triple doubles:

Lebron - 7
CP3- 6

Please, everyone, give me your logic when Lebron now has Shaq to lower his rebounds and triple-double chances, and there isn't anyone or anything in New Orleans that says Paul is slowing down or will have less than last year. I feel this poll has become a popularity contest more than actual facts or real opinions. The dude has 1 more triple double than Paul last year and everyone says it's going to be a landslide this year. :pity:

LeBron, but CP3'll be right behind em.

Yea I'd never count CP out but I think Lebron will still have more, but CP second
