Iverson. He has one monster year left in him. I'm not sure I could say the same about T-Mac.

I am going out on a limb and say Tracy

Tmac plays on the Rockets, who have no real scorers on the team, so Tmac's ppg will be higher, but AI will have a better season imo.

Rockets will make playoffs if T-Mac comes back healthy and plays 66+ games. Even if A.I plays all 82 games the Griz still have virtually no chance at making playoffs.

Disagree? Think about the fact that A.I. and Melo barely made it together and that Denver team was better than his team in Memphis.

Its gotta be T mac, i expect him to come back and be great. Hes the main offensive weapon on the rockets. Ai will bill about the same as last year, theres just too many ballhogs on the griz for ai to be as affective as he could.

i dont know if you still can, but you should throw gilbert in that poll. he also has somthing to prove this year coming off multiple injured seasons.

Im going to say iverson because i think he will play more games then t mac through out the season.

One thing about Iverson is that whenever his team has had the same record/better record his team has won the series.

Tmac, Iverson has already show he's the man. Tmac still got some homework to do.

It's a 50/50.
T-Mac really needs a ring, so does Iverson.

If T-Mac stays healthy for most of the season, he will do better. AI is on a team with 3 other ball dominant players and will come off the bench and is older. T-Mac is on a team with little scoring, which will let T-Mac take over if he can.

But since T-Mac's health is hard to predict, I'm unsure.

Well, they'll try to play as great as they can so they can be attractions for the Free Agency next year, that way, a good team will sign them.
DUH
I'm not saying they'll win a ring this upcoming season, that's just absurd.

Lmao, I know your kidding, but I still can't help but say; that has to be the dumbest post I've seen to date.

Tmac will reaggravate his injury and his years as a Top 25 player is over, expect him to join a contender team in 2010 to win a ring.

AI has too many hogs on his team to put up big numbers, Iverson needs to prove he can be sixth man quality to win his critics over. If the team gets significantly better AI will be noticed and a contender may take a chance at him in 2010.

LA will want a solid PG in 2010 with Fisher's age being a factor but AI backing up Kobe and the starting PG in LA would be fabulous; think about this lineup:
PG - ???/Allen Iverson/Shannon Brown
SG - Kobe Bryant/Allen Iverson/Sasha Vujachic
SF - Ron Artest/Luke Walton/Adam Morrison
PF - Pau Gasol/Lamar Odom/Josh Powell
C - Andrew Bynum/Pau Gasol/DJ Mbenga

If AI can prove that he can play the sixth man role effectively, he and Odom could give LA that big spark off the bench and give Kobe another player to defer to late in games to take some pressure off of him.

I don't even believe all the talk about T-Mac coming back. I believe it when I see it, and I don't see him coming back too quick. They're just talking him up so that they can trade him at the deadline.

Iverson wil have a good year Iverson-wise. He will score like a madman on a team that probably won't do much damage, much like his Philly years!

Tmac will because he will have to carry more of a load this year and I actually think that iverson will become more a distributor this year than he has been in years pass... LOL who am I kidding they both are going to put up a lot of shots I just think TMAC will perform better

AI will come in motivated and play hard all year. TMac will become disinterested once he sees HOU has no shot at making the playoffs.

i'd say TMac, cuz Iverson plays on a team full of ball-hoggers.

Iverson due to the fact that T-Mac has knee problems.

Also I'm sure Iverson will command enough respect to keep those young whippersnappers in line.

Are we all forgetting that Tmac probably won't even be around for the entire season due to injury?? When's the last time he played a whole season?

JordansBulls

Rockets make the playoffs as a 8th seed and then Yao and T-mac come back to play LA in round 1.

Yao vs Gasol
Mcgrady vs Kobe
Ariza vs Artest
Scola vs Bynum
Brooks vs Fisher

Tmac on one leg last year was similar to AI last year. I expect both to rebound this year, but Tmac is still the superior talent. Even if hes relegated to spot up duty he can be of use.
