Had the Knicks made the finals in 2000 vs LAL how good would the ratings had been?

Would they have given LA a better challenge?

Also how much better would the ratings had been with a LA vs NYK finals

Lakers Lineup in 2000 was:
PG Ron Harper/Derek Fisher/Lue
SG Kobe Bryant/Brian Shaq
SF Glen Rice/Rick Fox
PF AC Green/Robert Horry
C Shaq/Travis Knight/John Salley

Knicks Lineup in 2000 was:
PG Charlie Ward/Chris Childs
SG Allan Houston/Chris Childs
SF Latrell Sprewell/John Wallace
PF Larry Johnson/Kurt Thomas
C Patrick Ewing/Marcus Camby

keep in mind Ewing was 37 at the time

I'm thinking the ratings would have been off the charts.

Hypothetical situations and their affect on TV ratings?

I've got one.. Would events that led to the Bulls drafting Derrick Rose been altered had the Knicks made the finals in 2000 vs LAL?

Haha! My Kung Fu is better than yours JB.

I agree.

Alan Houston vs Kobe would of been a great match up because I think earlier that year they put put up 50 points a piece against each other (I think!)

 who the **** is Brian Shaq, were B.Shaw and the Diesel really one person all along and we just didn't know it. Dam, Shaq couldn't hit his three throws, but he sure could knock down that long 3-ball, and b.shaw was a monster on the boards!
